Everything about Ben Gui is what you want in a sushi restaurant. The food is amazing, truly a Roanoke hidden gem. I especially like how you can tell the chef what you like and they'll come up with something for you on the spot. The atmosphere is well-built and takes you out of a strip mall and over to Japan. The service is very friendly, they definitely want to welcome you in and make your experience with them as enjoyable as possible.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant of all time. I have been to other cities and tried sushi all along the East Coast. Nothing compares. The owners are amazing and love all of their customers and remember them as well.
The best sushi in Roanoke! Have been going there for 20 yrs. Always try sushi elsewhere when I travel, but Ben Gui never disappoints! The care with which it is prepared and the ingredients are top notch! Trust them!
