I've had Benny's takeout before and it wasn't bad, but it's been a few years. It was my first time ever going in there today. The guy at the counter was less than welcoming. Our pizza came out undercooked, a doughy mess that didn't allow me to finish the last 1/4 of each slice. It tasted like cheap American cheese on a tortilla. Almost no sauce, and if it DID have any, it didn't taste good. The place is sorta dirty and grimy and smelled badly inside. As a nlNJ transplant, and after recently hearing people rave about this place, I was looking forward to trying it again. Never again.

I ordered to pick up. I got 3 slices of pepperoni with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. Let me tell you what, the slices are huge! Nice and tasty thin crust, sauce wasn't overly sweet. Very nice guy when I picked up my order. The shop itself had a great atmosphere to it. I will definitely get food from there again.

While I have never been to this place and maybe could someday, however I wanted to admit that this place has a mean manager. Just recently, he harassed a famous YouTuber along with his party for very false things. The manager was lying and cursing at these people and saying lies about them being drunk and making vaping messes in the bathroom while yet all of the claims the manager made was purely false and extremely aggressive.
