Great food, seasoned like real soul food. The pork chops are breaded and seasoned, goes great with the collars greens and Mac and cheese. Service is fast and treat you like family. The owner take pride in their food and hospitality. Must try.

Ordered on DoorDash mid day. Salmon bites arrived burnt. Mac and cheese lacks flavor and is oily. The cowboy baked beans were the only delicious part. Spent $30 for something I couldn’t even finished. Very disappointed.

One of the best places in Roanoke for a home cooked meal, everyone in my party was extremely satisfied. The food is delicious and they run daily specials. We will be back!

Mac and cheese was banging

We ordered from doordash which was slightly misleading. They made it sound like the hotdogs already came with chilli, cheese, onions and mustard with a side of mac and cheese. It doesn't. An awesome employee called and asked what I wanted on my hotdogs! Everything we got was FIRE! We had soul rolls, onion rings, greens, fries, chilli cheese dogs and it was all amazing! Everything was well seasoned and everything was still hot as well. We will be ordering from there again.

We ordered from this place last night and everything was cold. Tasted old. My wife was supposed to get Mac and cheese with the hot dogs and it came with fries which she had ordered us on the side. Her dogs were plain and she ordered them loaded. I had the hot smokes and they tasted horrible. We contacted door dash and the credited $7. Personally I feel I shouldve been paid to eat it. Any good reviews must be family members or friends because they had us really excited. Won't make the mistake twice.

Today was my first time ordering food from this establishment. The food was SUPERB!! The whole family liked Everything. They will definitely BLESS YA SOUL!!
