Blue Cow Ice Cream is always a treat. The shop smells wonderful the moment you walk in, and the flavors are creative and delicious.
My only request would be for more dairy-free options, but the ones they do offer are outstanding, especially the strawberry balsamic, which is refreshing and unique. A great spot for anyone who loves quality ice cream and a welcoming atmosphere.

Stopped by for a treat before going backpacking and the cookies and cream flavor ice cream was super creamy and by far the best I have ever tried. The cones are made in house and it was super good. It would be dangerous if there was a blue cow close to where I live...
