Only two people was working it was 7 o'clock when we was there door was locked drive thru was open did not put on it what I ordered ham was so hard it almost broke my tooth š it was like it was sitting out alday then nuked when you ordered it come on people you can do better then that called then and guess what would not even pick up and as soon as we got our food they closed drive thru tapped on glass and they walked around like we was not there so at the end we got food we could not eat and out of money. guess waffle house or now on guess you all lost another customer

I am writing to file a formal complaint about my recent experience at Bojangles #1166, located at 4440 Franklin Road SW, Roanoke, VA 24014.
On January 9, 2025, I purchased a meal consisting of a double egg with cheese on a BoBerry Biscuit without icing. Upon arriving at work at Garden City Elementary School, where I am a high-intensity tutor, I discovered that my order was incorrect; it was missing the cheese, and the food's temperature was not satisfactory.
Due to my busy schedule of working with approximately 36 children, I decided to call the restaurant the following morning, January 10, 2025, at 6:26 AM to report the issue. Unfortunately, my call went unanswered. I then visited the store to speak with the manager on duty. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager argued with me.
Given this unacceptable service, I informed the manager that I would escalate the issue to the district manager and dispute the charge with my bank.
I trust you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure it does not happen again.

Very disappointed. The lady couldnāt speak English. They got my order wrong. I was speaking plain English. I just canāt believe this. I waited for 14 minutes on my order. Told to pull up and asked for ketchup at the window and I ordered an extra biscuit. When my food came out I check and neither was there. When I asked the girl who brought my food out she just looked at me and said in broken English ānot on ticketā and just walked off. I will never be going here again and will let everyone know how I was treated.

We always stop and eat at this Bojangles, it is the best one I have ever eaten at. I have never had food as good at any Bojangles as this one has. It's well worth the drive.

Had driven by this Bojangles a number of times as I am a butane hauling truck driver. Had enough room out front to pull over, park, hop out and do a walk-in order. Bathroom was one of the cleanest and best smelling in a Bojangles that I had been to for quite some time My food was fresh and hot and the Spanish lady who was the cashier, very pleasant, very friendly??. I was in and out and back on the road would definitely recommend this store and I will be visiting again on my next trip.

It was okay. Iām thinking this is the location that has a hole in the ceiling right over the food station that I clearly seen water dripping from. I seen a girl constantly picking & rubbing her nose while touching food. The only clean person was the young teen working the window, brown, think he has glasses. I yelled several times from drive thru for the girl in the kitchen to know I seen her picking her nose lol ? all she did was keep trying to move out of the windows view

In the last 6 months to a year, staffing has changed and food is soo much better. Faster service and food exceptions to the menu are handled quickly and efficiently. I love this location. Highly recommend.
