Used drive thru. Very fast except I didn't get any utensils (luckily I had some at work). For the side I ordered the rice n beans together but only got beans by themselves..little things but still annoying

I had decided to try Bojangles today. I'd order the chicken breast and wing dinner. I had to wait on the wings. There were no wings available. They had to be cooked up. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my meal. The chicken was cooked crispy. However, the chicken was very bland. My 2 sides were mac n cheese and the cajun bean. The mac n cheese had little cheese flavor. The cajun beans had little flavor. I will not be back!

Came in this evening ordered a 12pc meal waited. No problem, Got home only had legs and thighs, thick luke warm mash potatoes. Thanks for ruining dinner.

We ordered a 8 pc boneless chicken box with biscuits and when we returned to our hotel as we were traveling found that they gave us 8 pcs of bone in chicken and this was after ordering and telling the manager what sauces we wanted for the boneless chicken we were purchasing. They hardly spoke or understood English so this is a No for a good place and we were looking forward to it as we do not have a Bojangles where we live.

One young lady who cook was playing in her crotch. My wife and I watched her scratch and dig for at least 3 minutes and then sniffed her fingers. I never seen anything like it I’ll never go back

Everytime I go the fries literally have no seasoning. Maybe 5% have a light dusting it’s insane. Even asked for extra seasoning.
