First time in a BoJangles and I was impressed at the start the employees were attentive. The place was spotless. The manager was present . The store was busy but there was no delay in service or courtesy !.
Food is always fresh. Today they didnt put my cookies in the bag and I drove off without checking but the manager was nice and made it right. There was a kind, younger Hispanic fellow who assisted me when I returned. Great service.
Used drive thru. Very fast except I didn't get any utensils (luckily I had some at work). For the side I ordered the rice n beans together but only got beans by themselves..little things but still annoying
