Food is good when they get your order right. Long lines in drive thru and inside that showes they have good food or people would not go but there is often a wait. They work hardtop get you your food but the lobby if often not clean at busy times as it sees to be an afterthought. But I use the drive through mostly so I am glad in that fact that they drive the food out the window .
Asked for boberries instead of biscuits in a family meal thru drive through. My ticked was correctly rang up.
Got home, biscuits. :-( No substitution was made. Very disappointing.

First time in a BoJangles and I was impressed at the start the employees were attentive. The place was spotless. The manager was present . The store was busy but there was no delay in service or courtesy !.
