Every single time I come to Roanoke for appointments once a month and sometimes a few more times a month I stop at this particular Bojangles. I come from Franklin county . At this location the biscuits are bigger and the sausage tastes better. I love sausage biscuits. These are like the real Bojangles biscuits not those tiny tasteless things over here. And Every time I buy the Cajun sandwich I always get lettuce tomato and extra mayo. The sandwich is always hot, the lettuce and tomato and cold and crispy and that extra mayo we love so much. I mostly go through the drive thru but today I went in. They were busy, it was lunchtime after all. They were friendly and kind and even though they were busy everyone was treated very well as they gave the young man their orders. And I must say I don't know that young man but I appreciated how he had it together and obviously knew what he was doing. The timing on my order was also on point. Everything was correct and absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my trips to Roanoke a pleasure. GREAT JOB Y'ALL 👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼

We'll be going to a different location, after the experience my daughter had last night eating at this location. Her honey mustard had appeared to be opened like her food was messed with. and the honey mustard was all over food.

Charlie, The manager on duty failed to properly take my order,
I ordered 3 legs (very simple order) and asked for him to make sure it’s right, I ordered my food and paid for it and headed home. I arrived home I open my box and notice once again my order has been messed up by this Bojangles for at least the 10th time, so I call the Bojangles location, and let them know they again messed up my order, Charlie offers to exchange my order, I said alright and I drove all the way back. Once I get back Charlie informs me he doesn’t even have the chicken for my order and he offered to put me on a 40 minute wait list totally unacceptable and inconvenient every time. I asked him to refund my order along with the HR number. He gave me the number and they failed to answer. So I’m writing this report for anyone to see that if you want your stuff right CHECK IT THERE, they do not care about you.

Our chicken sandwiches were a tasty snack. The chicken breast was tender and juicy, well seasoned and crispy. The pretzel buns were fresh and soft. We both liked the cole slaw side. The booths in the seating area had hard plywood seats that were worn and uncomfortable. We should have chosen a table.
