Went there tonight for dinner, my sister went to order for all of us, my grandma was in the car. she ordered to a T what was in the text with everyone’s orders, she made sure of that just like when she gets her businesses’ lunches for her employees there, my grandma heard the whole thing and IT WAS RIGHT. The guy who handed the food out the window had something wrong and actually had the audacity to tell my sister “it’s not my fault you can’t order it right, you never said that” my grandma said “she did order it right I heard her” and he actually argued with our grandmother that “it’s not his fault she’s a girl and can’t order right”. We WERE regular customers, for family dinner and my sister’s company lunches from this location, NEVER AGAIN. I don’t like any establishment where you’d let a young guy speak to a female or an elderly woman in that manner. We spent a lot of money here over the years and you’ll never get our business again.

So I had just read a glowing review on YouTube of Bojangle's crispy chicken sandwich and went by to pick one up. It came nowhere near the hype. Where was the thick chicken breast? Where was the thick crispy breading? And what about the pickle slices they're so proud of? I received a rather thin breast with light breading and not a pickle slice in sight. Mayo was plopped down in the middle of the lower bun, along with a few shreds of lettuce and an anemic looking tomato slice. My first and last visit, thanks!

So no one understands your order. The guy in front of me had to repeat his order three times. I had to repeat my order three times. I got passed a bag out of the window with no drink. It’s not my order. I have to sit there and wait for someone to come back to the window so I can tell her it’s the wrong order. Where is that sweet older lady that used to work here?
