Ordered the BD Special Sub while sitting at the bar. Bar-guy delivered a very cold Heiny, as requested, and took the order. Another wait person delivered the order with no napkins or utensils (yep, they’re needed for the Sub b/c the slaw, meats, peppers drop out of the bun). The next stool patron offered some of their napkins (Thanks!)…The place was hoping, but bar-guy should have been more attentive; the sub was almost gone before he asked about a second Heiny (“YES!”)…Good-to-Better than Average Bar Food. Popular place with locals. Good TVs. Can get loud on Game Day or Spring Saturdays. Trip Worthy for casual dining…

We have had the worst luck with our To Go orders. Usually we order wings tossed and sauce ends up on the side. Tonight we asked for our Garlic Parmesan wings naked and tossed. There was no sauce on the wings or on the side. Our fries were bland. No longer getting take out. So very disappointed.

Food was good. Brambleton Deli should not be passing on the fee they are charged by the card companies to their customers when they pay with their credit or debit card.POOR BUSINESS AND GREED.
I really like this place. However, tonight was an exception. The place was not crowded, and it took way 6 long to get our order.Service was good and the good was good. Just took too long.

I don't come to Roanoke very often, but when I did recently, I ended up at the Brambleton Deli. I had never been there before, so I was anxious to try it out. I must say that the food was delicious, the adult beverages were cold and the staff was friendly. Also, the men's restroom was clean, considering how much it gets used. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good food and a great atmosphere.

Waiting for 45 mins for phoned in chicken tenders is a bit much. They made sure to "ring me up" as quick as possible so there I sat. A guy who ordered when he arrived got his to go order quicker. The hostest seemed overwhelmed. 5 stars to the wait staff, though. They were hustling!
