Mmmm Bread Craft.. everything I have had is so very good. Locally made fresh every time, Very delicious .
Cleanest place I've ever been in. Gorgeous decor. The maple pear tart...delicious. I will be back next time I'm in Roanoke.
Just writing to say they have closed their kitchen and only sell pastries., so no breakfast or lunch entrees. So disappointed.
This locally owned bakery keeps up with their amazing quality of American/European pastries, bread and desserts and customer service.
Bread is delicious and they have a great selection which changes everyday. It's a good idea to call in advance to see what is available. They are not open everyday so make sure you check their schedule.
So good. Everything. Salads, bread, pastries, sandwiches - you can't go wrong with anything here.
I went in to purchase a few pastry items and a couple of chicken biscuits. When I got home, I found out that I was missing two chocolate croissants. Very disappointing! The order was $40 so it wasn’t a cheap visit.
We were traveling on I81 and looking for a nearby restaurant. My wife thought this one was close to the highway and sounded like a nice place for lunch. Unfortunately she didn’t look at the menu. She liked the tiny quiche she ordered but the rest of our “lunch” was not good. My croissant was dry and stale. Coffee did not taste right. This is basically a “bakery” / breakfast place for locals.
Avocado Toast with egg! Marvelous day starter .
Cookies, y'all. I mean I'm sure they have bread and stuff, too. But. . . cookies.
Enjoyed all our fresh tasting food. We had the egg and cheese croissants. I had the ham with it and my spouse added bacon to hers. They were very tasty and we loved the fresh fruit that came with them. We shared an almond croissant which was very good.
A little perk of Roanoke citizenry is dropping into Bread Craft on a Sunday morning and treating myself to a (dare I say) delectable bostock.Happy me . . .
I got the salmon avocado toast and the fish was so fresh and delicious. Also chocolate croissant is very good. Thank you.
I do like th food and baked goods. But I'm always disappointed on the weekends in coming in to get some items. They show their hours for Sunday open until 2p but most of the time we can only get there around 10:45 or a little later and they are already out of everything thing. This is very annoying to me. It seems if your going to be open until 2p you would have enough baked goods to last until then not for just a couple of hours. Its seems to be a waste of time to only make a few of your items, even people in line behind us were mentioning the same things. Several times we have just left and gone somewhere else because of lack of items.I do like what they have when I'm able to get.
You can’t go wrong with anything. If you can’t pick, my two personal favorites are the bacon salad & olive loaf. Everything is delicious and the service is 100%. Yum.
