Bruster's Real Ice Cream

It's THE ice cream place to go!

Their ice cream is good but seriously. Sunday night, 30 people in line and ONE window open out of 4.
GET EMPLOYEES!! It's ridiculous and unfair to do this to your customers, make them stand outside for a half hour just to order and wait even longer to actually get your order.
There are plenty of other ice cream place around.

Chocolate milkshake was delicious

I love this place. Great food and service. I come here after therapy and am always greeted kindly and promptly. They never mess up any of my orders. I always recommend this place.

Ice cream is good but the little girl that work at 8:30 pm Wednesday Dec 29 taking order was rude! She shut the window in my face while asking for a top, no acknowledgement or nothing. I waited and never got my top.

The customer service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to let you sample flavors if you’re stuck deciding, which made the experience even better. The ice cream tasted exceptionally fresh, with a smooth, creamy texture that made every bite a delight. I recently tried the ice cream sandwich, and it has quickly become my new favorite – the perfect combination of rich ice cream and soft, fresh cookies. They are the sweetest people there serving ice cream. We were able to taste a few flavors and decided on strawberry and their new flavor that was caramel apple pie. It was DELICIOUS!! We paid $14 for two cones that were considered smalls with only two scooped. Boy is two scoops MORE than enough! Would definitely recommend. Plenty of seating outdoors!
