The food and service are good, however the music is just to loud. We can't really relax and talk with family and friends so we usually just get our food to go. Maybe think about turning down the music, we enjoy the music but it's just loud.

Had a signature burger. They're only cooked medium well or more (which is to say anywhere from leather to charred). I could taste salt and fat and that's about it.
I'm not being fair, I suppose. It's easily on par with Logan's or Applebee's.
Thought there'd be more to the Bubba's 33 name, but, no, it seems to be chosen by a boardroom full of suits designed to make you think it's owned by a local football hero or something. In fact, is a corporate family feedbag , without much to recommend in the way of food

The service is definitely three stars but it's fine for this era of customer service businesses... My family frequents this establishment. I will recommend turning the music down for lunch service and cranking it back up for dinner service.

I would like to thank Michelle, Tyler and the rest of the staff in Roanoke location for the amazing lunch my school enjoyed yesterday! Bubba's 33 catered our staff luncheon and I cannot say enough on how delicious and fresh the food was! The wings were hot and so tasty, the salads amazing and fresh with crispy toppings! We couldn't have asked for better service or friendlier staff to work with! I highly recommended their catering, you will NOT be disappointed!

This was my second time here , first time the onion rings were doughy, and undercooked, this time got charged for bacon that was supposed to be on the burger. I won’t be coming back !!!

Good food and a good amount of fries actually compared to Red Robin. Despite the unlimited refills on fries at Red robin the burger was more for less price
First visit here. It occupies the space of the old Abuello's at ValleyView Mall, but in an all new building. Went for a late lunch on a Friday. Plenty of people there both in and out, but we were sat immediately, and chose outdoor seating. Loaded with tvs out here, if you're trying to catch the game while you eat. Being a nice Friday we both chose burgers and a couple of cold beers. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife the Sourh of the Border. They come cooked one way, medium well, but were juicy and tasty, and absolutely huge. My wife got the Fire Fries, which are exactly what you think, covered with additional spicy seasonings. I chose to get my fries without any seasonings, as I prefer a non salty fry experience. Again the portion size of the fries was also huge. Tyler was our waiter, and did a great job. Very friendly, efficient, and attentive. Exactly what you want. I'm a veteran but rarely enquire about a discount, but after seeing my military related t-shirt, Tyler immediately got the manager to give me a discount, even after I had already paid my check. The manager, also Tyler, came out personally to not only give us a discount, but to genuinely thank me for my service. Bubba's seems to be very pro military, and the genuineness of all the staff and management was very impressive and appreciated. I highly recommend Bubba's 33 based on this initial visit. The food we tried was tasty and fresh, and the staff excellent. Second visit yielded the same result. Started with an excellent Chorizo Queso dip. Very good. Enjoyed a few cold beers while enjoying the game. All the tv's are definitely a plus. Ordered the Fish & Chips and Chicken Tenders meal to go. Both meals were soooo good, even after reheating. Definitely recommend the Garden Rice as a side. Staff was again friendly and very attentive. So far Bubba's 33 is simply doing everything right in my book.
