Maddie was absolutely amazing!!! She turned my night from crappy to amazing! I tried to go to BWW(new location) and it was a -5*…so I switched up and went here! I was greeted, sat and attended to expeditiously! Maddie was my server and she went above and beyond for our table! If you ever go here please make sure to get Maddie! (Every other server was just as fantastic) But Maddie was the best!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would, the only reason I’m posting and giving it one star is so I can make people aware of the atrocious behavior from the managers at Bubba‘s towards their employees. my partner and I were out eating last Friday and our server her name was Ashley, Was so amazing. It was our first time at Bubba‘s and she said she was fairly new as well, but was excellent at Serving us she was super friendly and she she seemed to know quite a bit about the menu, which was helpful since I hadn’t ate there before But my problem comes when I heard and saw the tall male manager aggressively speaking to our server and you could see that it was very aggressive by his body language towards her. She almost was cowering down while he was acting this way.it literally broke my heart,He was pointing his finger and yelling and then you could hear him throwing things in the kitchen. It was a REAL LIFE CRASH OUT. I don’t know what was said but I do know that I won’t be quiet about it. Because behavior like that especially in a work place such as a restaurant, unacceptable, period. We need to stand up for one another especially when the other needs a hand. Watching the way his body moved, and watching her look like she was trying to explain something?? But she was fearful, you could see it. Disgusting.
We asked her if she was okay, and she said yeah, she was just a newer employee and wouldn’t elaborate too much, which is fine, but-to me, this was still absolutely ridiculous
Poor girl, I hope she sticks it out and continues to do a great job, cause she’s the kind of server you’d definitely wanna have for a nice evening out. Everyone go tip Ashley!! lol
But bubbas management, 0 out of 10, you def need better management if this place is going to run smoothly.

Went to Bubba’s 33 for the first time over the weekend. The atmosphere was great, very laid back and perfect for anyone who enjoys hanging out in a chill sports bar environment. Our server was very nice. The food was good, but I’ll probably try something different next time. I had the bacon guacamole burger with fries; the fries were perfectly crispy, 10/10, and the portion was larger than what you would normally receive at most restaurants. The burger was okay, thick and juicy, but lacking in flavor.

Neat Bar and Grill in Roanoke that my wife and I both agree we'd go back for. We ordered the Shrimp Tacos and the Chicken Bacon Avocado sandwich and split them. Shrimp tacos we nicely prepared with the tortillas being crisper up. Shrimp were small, but delicious. Good flavor and fresh ingredients. The Avocado sandwich was delicious, though the portion on Avocado was light with only two small thin slices. The bread was spectacular. The chicken incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. Despite the light Avocado on the sandwich, I would order it again. Tots are to die for... great meal.
Took us 40 minutes from entry to get the food, but it was dinner time on a Saturday. Service was good and attentive- didn't need to ask for refills on drinks. Always dropped new glasses off before the previous glass was empty. Atmosphere - like an Applebee's or any other B&Grill... comfortable.
Loved it overall and will be going back...
