The service is definitely three stars but it's fine for this era of customer service businesses... My family frequents this establishment. I will recommend turning the music down for lunch service and cranking it back up for dinner service.
I would like to thank Michelle, Tyler and the rest of the staff in Roanoke location for the amazing lunch my school enjoyed yesterday! Bubba's 33 catered our staff luncheon and I cannot say enough on how delicious and fresh the food was! The wings were hot and so tasty, the salads amazing and fresh with crispy toppings! We couldn't have asked for better service or friendlier staff to work with! I highly recommended their catering, you will NOT be disappointed!
First visit here. It occupies the space of the old Abuello's at ValleyView Mall, but in an all new building. Went for a late lunch on a Friday. Plenty of people there both in and out, but we were sat immediately, and chose outdoor seating. Loaded with tvs out here, if you're trying to catch the game while you eat. Being a nice Friday we both chose burgers and a couple of cold beers. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife the Sourh of the Border. They come cooked one...
