Staff is nonexistent and orders take forever

After visiting for my sons birthday in March, ( left a review) and then being accused of potentially walking out on the tab due to the size of our party. The manager called me and said he would be following up. However, I never received a call back and since then I have refused to spend a dime at this location.

They can never get the sauces right. When I order online or pick up, it’s either I get my food with no sauce, or a completely different sauce that I would never choose. Whereas in the same orders I paid for an additional bbq tossed wings, and they were overcooked as well as naked. I’ve gotten old by quality fries and tater tots. Celery and carrots left out of order. I understand things happen , but it’s a consistent mess up every time.
There is a male manager who was willing to actually help, where the female working 8/4 night shift said she wouldn’t fix my order on her shift. How helpful

Ordered online, when I arrived to the restaurant I asked the MANAGER who was running the counter and ignoring the crowded line for an ETA on my order, her response was “a while” I said, you don’t even know the name on the order can you atleast check. She responded, the kitchen is backed up over an hour, it will be a while, I stated to her and showed my phone receipt that I had actually ordered over an hour ago so my question was still valid, so she then asked what was the name on the order, dissappeared for about 3 minutes then came back and said I have no clue when it will be ready, I told her to please cancel the order and refund and she stated I’ll do it and walked away, well, the charge stood even though my food wasn’t prepared and my order was canceled so now I paid for food I don’t even get to have ? She lied about the refund, didn’t even want to acknowledge the people standing in front of her, and had an attitude, and charged me for food she didn’t provide…I WILL NEVER GIVE THAT LOCATION ANOTHER DOLLAR

Absolute worse experience at a restaurant we have ever had! Waited over one hour for boneless wings. Everyone around us getting food, just not us. They were filling all the to go orders but didnt care about dine in customers. Waitress kept saying “ its coming up now” 20 minutes later , no food. Finally had to speak to manager. Never told us why it took one hour, they did remove 2 entrees but with that experience and customer service I would NOT go back to that BWW! Horrible! And today was national wing day and we didnt know until after our food came that we should each have gotten 6 free wings! The waitress never mentioned it to us!!! Look it up! July 29.The entire experience was just BAD

Genuinely the worst experience ever at any restaurant. Just got yelled at over the phone by a lady telling me they’re “40 orders behind” on a Tuesday night and while asking about when my food will be ready, she disrespectfully told me “you’re not the only one waiting for food.” Also, apparently they run out of traditional wings but still accepted my order. I would avoid this establishment at all costs. They accept orders on food they aren’t able to deliver and yell at customers. I’ve truly never been so disrespected by a business that I’m paying. I requested to cancel my order and she told me “It’ll be 7 days”. I wish I would have recorded the phone call, honestly.

Got dry rub wings and they were awesome. Chipotle BBQ rub is out of this world. Plenty of sports on multiple screens within view.

Went for a birthday celebration. Food was overcooked (wings) and we ordered an unlimited appetizer. We had to flag the waiter down almost 40 minutes later for our first refill. Once he took the plates we didn't get our refill until almost the 90 minute mark and not until after we had paid for the rest of our meal. Didn't seem to be the waiter's fault. Was the kitchen on fire? Management ask them to try not to serve unlimited stuff to save money?

We typically dont eat at BWW back home. Just because we have better wing places to choose from but we stopped here while we stayed the night in Roanoke. We got the BOGO 15 wings because its Tuesday and the bottomless appetizers. The fried pickles were OK and the mozzarella sticks could be better. I guess they put the less popular apps on this deal. Onion rings and the queso were alot better though. We got the asian zing which was ZINGIN'. I can't remember them having that much of a kick but whoa. Our son wanted mild, our daughter wanted honey bbq and my wife chose the buffalo blue. Please please keep the buffalo blue on the menu for the rest of eternity. That was probably one of the best wing flavors I've had in a very long time. Our server was fantastic even though I didnt get his name. He communicated very well and had a positive vibe about him. Whoever had the section with our table 113 on Tuesday night, he needs a raise!

The service sucks. We were completely ignored. We had to go get them Everytime we need to order something. They brought out the food without any utensils, napkins and nothing at all. Not even condiment’s.
