Buffalo Wild Wings

We visited there on Friday March 21st for my son’s birthday dinner we were a party of about 25 people. The food was good, the waitress was good. My problem is this the waitress told me that the manager and another worker kept saying we were going to walk out on the bill. I’m not sure if it was bc I had a party full of teenage black boys or what. That is so offensive and I dare y'all even insinuate that. What would make y’all think we weren’t going to pay and even if some of the kids didn’t have money. I being the parent would’ve made sure it was taking care of . Y'all want business but then say BS like this. I didn’t want to ruin my son’s bday dinner but this highly pissed me off. I personally will never spend another dime at this location. It’s Buffalo wild wings it’s not Ruth Chris . The food is cheap like be real. This was extremely offensive and you this location doesn’t want large parties of black people there they should post it some where. Trust me BDUBBS was not my 1st choice but whatever the birthday boy wanted he got!!!

Ordered online delivery and this is the second time my order was missing items. Ordered the sampler and was missing the wings. Last time I was promised points for the mess up, never received them. They won’t even answer the phone :(

The Hatch Chiles Burger was amazing! We came in really late like around 11pm but the staff was still nice. It didn't smell bad so it made the experience even better. 🙂

We sat at a high top table at the bar. Seated ourselves per the hostess. Sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to come over. 2 employees were walking around and a bartender as well. One of the servers was wiping down the table right next to us and didn’t even look at us. We ended up leaving.

Chicken tenders were digusting, they were wet and the breading was falling off the tasted horrible I was gagging.

I got a to go order placed in person they made the food very fast only about 10 mins. Most Bdubs take about 30 mins. Food came out great also, glad they had hot bbq. Some of the locations won't make it for you anymore

Horrible service some of the food was not cooked all the way. Table was dirty had hair on it I could smell The bathroom from my seat will not be coming back.

My husband ordered in advance for some boneless wings to go and bring home to me. I’m pregnant and have had terrible morning sickness so seasoning and sauces are really hit or miss right now. It’s impossible to know what I can or cannot keep down until it’s in front of me. With that being said he made sure to order the wings plain with no sauce and a couple of sauces on the side just in case I could not stomach them. When he arrived the wings were all tossed in different sauces. He let them know that he had ordered them plain. The woman who was assisting him was very rude, got defensive and insisted he did not order them plain. I can barelyyyy keep anything down so I KNOW his main focus was making sure to be clear about emphasizing plain. She fought him on it and insisted he just take the wings. Once he explained that they were for his wife who was pregnant and cannot eat tossed wings she made it clear she was extremely frustrated with his request for new wings. She then was snippy and told him it was going to be a long time because they were very busy. When he asked for an estimated amount of time she let him know it would be well over 30 mins and then huffed and puffed back to the kitchen. After being in the service industry for over a decade I’m just blown away that she chose defensiveness and rudeness over finding a solution for a misunderstanding. I’m a usually not a review warrior whatsoever, but I was not in the mood today as my husband did not deserve to be treated with such hostility. We just moved to the area so we don’t really dine here, but you can be dang sure we won’t be back.

Ordered delivery through the bdubs app and it was a very pleasant experience! The food was very fresh and hot, and well packaged. The order was correct, and it was fast!

I got honey barbecue wings today. And I was Very disappointed my wings were over cooked hard and chewy like beef jerky they had so much barbecue sauce on them you could not see the wings. I will not returning.
