Trying to get someone to answer the phone is a complete nightmare, staff are rude when they do finally answer and service is horrible

Watch out for management. They’ll charge you for drinks not ordered or consumed. Even after STILL paying for incorrect tab, management calls police to have you pulled over.
Only to find out that police confirm you really didn’t consume the amount you were charged for.
Worst place to go if you want wings. I ordered dry rub lemon pepper wings and got plain wings with lemon pepper seasoned dusted on after being cooked. A regular basket of fries is pretty much 20 fries on a plate for 5 dollars 😂. Our waitress ordered our drinks and was fine but went to the bathroom and came out like she just got done shooting up herion. The inside of the restaurant was nice but that’s the only thing nice about this place. I’ll NEVER eat here again even if it was free!

Finally the food was getting better ... I haven't been here in a good while because of the decline in the food . But the food was great this time ... The service on the other hand was terrible!!!!! I got 1 drink and zero refills in the 45 min I was here . The waitress didn't even come back till all the food was done
She did ask if I wanted a tea to go but I was already ready to get the hell out of here .. sorry BWW... You've lost my business again for a few years probably

I went in today with my family for lunch. We were first sat at a dirty table, then we watched servers walk past us multiple times and never came to our table. They weren’t busy, it was only us and 2 other tables in there, but they paid us no mind at all. We had two servers look right at us multiple times, but we couldn’t get anyone over to take care of us so we left. Sadly this is not the first time we’ve had horrible service here. It’s a shame because we love the food, but the service at this location is horrible. A simple “I’ll be right with you” or “have you been helped” goes a long way.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the great experience I’ve come to expect from them. The service was much slower than usual. My food took about 40 minutes to arrive, which is quite a long wait, especially for a casual dining spot like this. I had ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and wings for my entree. The appetizer came out after the entree, which was frustrating, but what made it worse was that my wings weren’t even warm by the time they arrived. They were noticeably lukewarm, which made me wonder if my meal had been sitting off to the side and forgotten about.
I can understand if there are occasional delays, but this felt like a bigger issue with either the kitchen or the staff not coordinating properly. I’ve always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have enjoyed many meals there in the past, but this experience has left me questioning the consistency of the service. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality is slipping, and I’ve noticed this happening more frequently across their locations. I hope they can get back to what made them stand out, because I really enjoy the atmosphere and food when everything runs smoothly. But for now, I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.
Parking: There is plenty of parking here to include handicap parking.

Order boneless wings with queso fries. Wings had barely any sauce on them and over half were so hard you couldn't eat them. Fries would have been great if the cheese sauce wasn't dried out and actually embedded in the paper of the bottom of the to go box, was given literally rotten celery. .. very disappointing dinner will not be returning... Hardee's has better Buffalo chicken.

Bar did not gave sweet vermouth for a Manhattan.
The burger was fast food at best.
The oil in the fryer needed changing days ago.
I can't believe that Applebee's and TGIF are failing and this place still exists.

Visited Electric road branch, Roanoke, VA. I Dine-in at 7pm and ordered Boneless wings. I received pre-cooked, may be afternoon and delivered just heating the wings. It spoiled the taste of the wings and decided not to visit Buffalo wings anymore. Never expected this type of service. Very bad service.

I really like B-Dubs and I like this location the most. I feel bad writing this review because I like this location the must but never posted a positive review. For that, I am sorry. But today, I had an experience that has me questioning how the kitchen is ran. this experience I had today was absurd. My brother and I went to eat today at Buffalo wild wings to take part in the fundraiser event for the Franklin county animal shelter. We also took advantage of the Monday all you can eat boneless wings. My brother ordered luau BBQ and spicy garlic. When he tried it, his mouth was on fire. The luau BBQ sauce is low on the heat scale on the menu. I thought he was being a big baby and couldn't hold his spice, but I tried it and wow, my mouth was absolutely on fire. It takes a lot for me to feel pain from spice, because I eat the wild sauce on the regular. But the blazing sauce is 3 times as hot as the wild sauce. When our waitress came back to check up on us after serving our meal, he said that "there is no way that was the luau BBQ sauce" because his mouth and my mouth was on fire. Our waitress, shocked to the core with her mouth wide open, looked at us and said that "one of the guys back in the kitchen mixed the blazing sauce with the luau BBQ sauce the other day. He must've done it again!" SERIOUSLY?! One, how does this happen? How do you not organize your sauces according to the heat scale that your customers go by? How do you not do something about this from happening again? The blazing sauce is extremely hot. This could be traumatic for the wrong person. After trying it, it ruined the rest of the meal because we had tasted it right at the beginning of our meal and our taste buds are destroyed. No, the 6 ice cold waters didn't cleans the pallet or make it any better. With as much money as people spend on the food, you'd think you would be able to afford proper storage so that it organizes it like the heat scale. Why is it so hard to get your "guys in the back" to not confuse the hottest sauce you have to offer with the limited edition, part of the 5 least hottest sauces on the menu?
It also makes you wonder, if you can't get your sauces right, what else are you not getting right? I would hate to find out that it is sanitary issues... Because how can I expect a restaurant to keep a clean kitchen if they don't even know what sauces they are sending out the door? That freaks me out, bro.
