Takes 30 minutes just to get to the window most of the time the orders wrong or missing items eaten here 5 or 6 times now have been disappointed every time currently waiting for my food out front it’s already been 30 minutes not coming back here again

5 min drive thru wait so I went inside and stood for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. If you can’t do the basics, just close down and fire these hateful lazy employees. I don’t want money back or free food, just shut it down.

i am no longer going to go to this location, it takes an absurd amount of time to get food and by the time you get it it is somehow not hot????

the staff are a mess. shut this location down before you lose more money or someone gets sick from badly prepared food.

I don’t even know where to start. Everything was wrong. The food, my fries. The easiest thing was nasty. I got my order wrong and gave me an attitude. I used to come here every time I come into runner I will never come back Everyone wants to be upset when you point out their mistake. Next time McDonald’s will get my $20

The drive thru is regularly out of service and the customer service + wait time for food leave a lot to be desired. The food is good when they get your order correct, but I’m often missing at least one item from mine.

I order on drive thru. When I got home, our Whoppers had been nuked in a microwave to the point that the tomatoes were soggy and the lettuce was so hot it burned our mouths. This was a terrible fast food experience. No answer when we called.

I don't know what was going on but I pulled up at the drive thru around 7:35pm and before I placed my order the girl said we can't take credit cards only cash and you need exact change because she didn't have any!!! Wth. Went to McDonald's across the road and they took care of us. January 13, 2025
