While I regularly frequent this location it has become more and more unpleasant and unwelcoming. Cashier Azaria ? Who claimed to be the manager is refusing people service for lack of having an up to date coupon inspite of the fact we all use them NOT KNOWING THEY EXPIRE . Another associate was more than willing to accept said coupon that expired at the beginning of the month and cashier Azaria? Insisted it was expired . Azaria had no gloves on handling food after using her cellular phone while dealing with customers. I will not be frequenting this location any further as from reviews I have read I am not the only one who has had these similar issues . The glove lack of mask and unwelcoming attitude along with refusal of service is more then enough to know to take my business elsewhere . Be prepared for this kind of treatment if frequenting this location .

Ok this is the worse Burger King I've ever gone to and it didn't uses to be this way. I've tried many times of day to see if I would ever get freshly made food. Everything I've gone my food was soggy and limp as if it was microwaved before handing it to me. Today for the 1st time I tried ordering g online. Simple order Fried Pickles. When I got them they were limp floppy depressed hating life ready to die oily pieces of mess. I wanted to turn back and ask for a fresh dropped batch but like my poor fried pickles I gave up hope. A couple days ago I waited 8 minutes at the 1st window. Not one car ahead of me and a line behind. I was told to go there to pay yet Noone showed up. One person runs both windows so he was also making orders. Poor guy. Maybe BK need to pay better so they'll attract a more loyal mature group of people to work there. There's ONLY 1 BK that is SUPERB. Everything I go my order is made to order totally fresh crisp delicious food all the way around and the customer service at the window is why I eat my lunch right there on site. I won't share that location because I don't want them to be overrun and end up crappy like this location. I want to enjoy them for as long as I can. It's truly laziness at the Melrose location. I really should have received a freshly fried batch of fried pickles. But I know where to go next time. To the only BK where I can truly have it my way because I'm Queen and I rule. Melrose management get it together. I'm borderline thinking to call in a health complaint I'm concerned my food may not be cooked in a clean environment Food Administration Health Dept something jeez. OK time to bury my Fried Pickles since they have fallen flat like my jokes. Death to my pickle fries(fried pickles). Thanks alot Melrose BK , great job at serving your neighborhood hopeless suicidal depressed dry limp soggy mush mess food.

Really bad service I know they are looking for help bc of the hire sign but the waiting wasn't an issue for me it was the service I got from the drive thru. The girl got mad when she told me 1st window so I waited there for a few minutes and 3 cars pulled up behind me so I just pulled up to the second window just for the girl to get an attitude with me and tell me " aht aht 1st window that's what I said" as if I was a child... me trying to be understanding and polite of the situation asking why she was being so rude and she told me she's not rude she's the only one working and she's out of breath so she told me to back up to the first window while other cars were behind me waiting which made them back up too...I mean it was kinda ridiculous and unnecessary for the girl at the windows actions and could absolutely use better customer service or a different position without working with the public. She did not have a name tag but the receipt says Juan which I doubt is her name...but when waiting for my food the woman who brought it out to my car my was a different lady who was absolutely wonderful and way way more welcoming than the one taking orders...I honestly wouldn't recommend this BK should have drove the extra mile to Franklin Rd....

Cold, sloppy whopper. Cold, over cooked fries and I ordered two 6 piece chicken nuggets and only received one 4 piece chicken nuggets which was also cold and hard. Your customers deserve better than this crap!
