I dined in. Ordered the fish sandwich. Didn't have to wait in line, they took my order right away. Shortly after my sandwich was ready. No problems.

If getting your order wrong were an Olympic sport, this place would take home the gold every single time. I’ve been here more times than I’d like to admit, and somehow they never manage to get a simple order right. Missing items, wrong items, completely different orders — it’s like a mystery box every visit.
The customer service is just as bad. When you point out a mistake, you’re met with eye rolls, sighs, or the unmistakable vibe that you’re the inconvenience for wanting the food you actually paid for. No apologies, no urgency, and definitely no effort to fix things properly.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and easy, but this place turns it into a frustrating ordeal. If you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience, this might be the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

They had the line full and drive through was full too there was not many people working in there it took my friend almost an hour to get her food they need more people to work in there And I told her she should never go back there again that's why nobody don't want to work there.And that's why they're hiring

If you want a really hot fresh Whopper this is the place. They have stepped it up lately. Good job! It was fresh with the right amount of toppings and it was fresh off the grill not sitting under heat lamp. Still reasonably priced.

I went through the drive-thru one morning for breakfast, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked for a moment to decide on my order, the woman taking orders seemed impatient and responded with a sarcastic tone, quickly listing menu items in a way that felt dismissive.

When I placed my order, I requested the sausage and egg, and bacon and egg biscuits, but due to a miscommunication, I received croissants instead. Before I even pulled up to the window, I noticed her roll her eyes and clearly show frustration about having to serve me. When I calmly explained the mix-up, she argued that I hadn’t asked for biscuits and handled the situation unprofessionally.

I understand working in fast food can be stressful, but there's still a basic standard of professionalism and courtesy that customers should be met with. When I politely addressed her attitude, she denied being rude and continued to act disrespectfully. Rather than escalate the situation, I told her I’d just take the sandwiches as they were and wished her a better day.

I sincerely hope that in the future she’s able to approach interactions with a bit more kindness and patience, as those qualities go a long way—not just in the workplace, but in life.

Nasty. Always dirty and smelly

Stopped by tonight to pick up a mobile order I placed and just wanted to say the service was superb. I had two customized whoppers as well as a double whopper on my order and all were made exactly as we ordered. The fries were fresh and as my wife said, CRISPY. The night time manager is always friendly and was in good spirits. She had everyone smiling and laughing, her customer service is awesome! I never have a problem when I come to this Burger King!

I had stopped eating a Burger King for over the past 4 years because the food was horrible and the atmosphere wasn't clean no mattet where i decidedto try it. Since Tuesday I have moved here to Roanoke County and I thought I would give the BK here on Melrose Ave a shot. From the start I want to say that the employee Kyle was a absolute professional, well mannered, n polite young man. I asked if I could have hot fresh onion rings and he served them right into the fryer. Explained some of the new items and thier taste to me which I bought into with the Strawberry Lemonade and Fiery Mozzarella Sticks. Kyle sir, you were not wrong, thank you. Then there was an employee named Tyreik who handed my food and made sure I didn't need any extra sauces and was also very polite and kind. I picked up that bag and walked out not realizing I still had my onion rings to wait on 🤷 I get home and realized I had for gotten them so I drove back down and as soon as I walked in Tyreik said you forgot some items and got them out of heater and handed to me. With my experience I've had to fight or just walk away when something was missed from orders in past. Now in this case and it was so very welcomed. The cooks deserve very high praise as well because this truly was the best food overall I've ate at a BK in 47 years. This will be our family BK from here out. I hope the owner truly realizes that it's not because he owns a well known franchise that I've made this review or even ate at a BK because I haven't in over 4 years. It's strictly and only because it's his employees that his management team has hired to represent him and his business. So plz I pray that these employees get the recognition that's so deserved. I never have this problem with other managers or staff. Food is always hot and the atmosphere is friendly, especially at night time. However, every time I’ve come in recently, there has been a manager working with a nasty attitude. Every time, even if she doesn’t serve me. I believe her name is Alissa or Alasia, she’s one of the day managers. I came in last week and when I went to have my order taken, she was nasty with me. I asked her why she always had that attitude towards me and she walked away from the register, and wouldn’t take my order. I didn’t wait either, I have never been so disheartened as a customer. We don’t know each other at all, so I’m not sure if it’s just the shift she works or her personal life, but someone needs to address it.
