The management and employees here are the most friendly and concerned BK workers Iâve ever ordered from. The management here cares for their employees and customers, from what Iâve seen and heard. Theyâre pleasant and check on you to make sure everythingâs good. By far, they have the CLEANEST bathroom for a fast food restaurant. Their chicken nuggets are a bit on the dry side, but their fries are the best. Really like this shop and will keep coming.

Placed a mobile drive thru order through the BK app. Everything was easy once I figured out how to link my BK account to my WalMart account for 25% off the order. Confusion began upon arrival at the food window, when 2 different employees asked me twice what I had ordered. The order had not even been started, and I watched 3 employees standing and talking while waiting for something to cook. While waiting, the car behind me left hurriedly while waiting after placing their order. Finally, I received my food and everything, even my special requests on condiments were correct. The food was hot and tasty. I could not use the % off on the order bc I ordered the free Whopper available, and one can only choose one discount per order. Overall, it was a good encounter, with the exception of the initial confusion of the mobile order and long wait.
Dec 30, 2024 Placed another mobile order today, and all went faster and better than my previous visit. Got a free bacon cheeseburger through the BK app. It was the same size as a Jr. Whopper, which is small, but it was tasty. The pickles, even though I love them, overpowered the patty, cheese, and bacon, so I enjoyed them separately, and the burger was more balanced. Took advantage of the 2 Whopper Jr. for $5 special! And they were better than the bacon cheeseburger. Everything was balanced, except the lettuce was the size of a quarter! Staff seemed more prepared for the mobile order and did not seem as stressed as the previous visit, I recognized 2 employees from before. I chose the drive thru, so I can't comment on the interior atmosphere, but the outside grounds held some trash, and signs, etc, needed some repair.

Ordered the 2 for $5 special of two whopper juniors, with free fries through the mobile app. I like ordering through the app bc you can get everything exactly as you like, by editing your order...so extra mayo or less pickles is easy to communicate, and all my choices were honored. Fries were very hot, but had a faint off flavor in the oil. It did not taste old, but maybe they were fried after a chicken patty etc. The salt and catsup covered the off taste, but fries still left an aftertaste that was not pleasant. The burgers were cooked well and all condiments were accurate.

The lady at the drive thru, Kimmie i think, was very rude and short with us the whole time. our drink had 2 ice cubes in it. one breakfast sandwich was ice cold and soggy while the other was burnt to a crisp. will not be returning to this location.

I have to say thank you to Ms.Rose. This lady makes my lunch feel like I'm home with family. Almost everyday I go to this location even just to sit in the parking lot away from work. My food is ALWAYS fresh and Ms Rose always greets me with sweetness. It's because of her I even eat Burger King anymore. I only go when I know she's running the drive thru. Her customer service is impeccable. If you read this Ms.Rose I hope your Supervisor let's ypu know how much they appreciate you. Thank you for just being who you are to everyone.

Man named David was really unprofessional. I ordered a 8 piece mozzarella sticks and got a 4. I went to let him know and to ask for another marinara packet, because I only got one. He just responds with âWhat?â The first two times, then goes âItâs one sauce packet per 4 piece!ââŠ. I explained âI ordered a eight piece.â⊠if it is one sauce pac per 4 piece, and you gave me one pac because you messed up and thought I got a 4 piece, then when I come back to let you know my order was a 8 piece why would I not get my other marinara pac? He was hostile and talking shit to the other employee in there. Which just felt unprofessional. I tried calling to let a manager know, and the woman also kept on about how per policy it is one sauce packet per 4 piece⊠I ordered a 8 piece. Do not do a mobile order at this location on Orange Ave!! I had problems with their website first then the order finally went through , money was deducted from my account, we went to pick up food, first the staff said I did not order at their location, which was confirmed it was their location, then they stated they didnât receive the order , we showed them the receipt and order number, they said they could not give us our food even though I paid for it already ! A complete waste of time!! We had to order again and pay for that order if we wanted food , so I paid twice and BK said there was nothing they could do about it , spoke to manager said she wouldnât use their app to order food, she said she never uses their app it doesnât work . Staff was not helpful at all , do not recommend this location !
