When you go for lunch prepare for dinner because by time you get your order it's about that time. And don't get me started on the old and nasty condiments I thought the only thing brown on an onion was the skin. To top of off, there is nothing like hearing an employee cussing out another one over your food order I'm sure my food was made with love SMH.

Samuel and three other associates were standing around talking and took there sweet time coming to the windows. They were cussing and having private conversations while my wife and I were waiting for my one burger. A lady comes to the windows and finally takes my payment and then tells me to drive foward and wait at the curb. She then walks out of the restaurant and gets in a vehicle with her man and kids and I am still waiting for my burger. ONE BURGER. I placed my order at 4:35 and I sat here for over 5 minutes waiting on one stupid burger. I am so fed up with this service. I've never been to a burger king and waited so long for food and there was no one else in line. Ridiculous if they don't care I won't be back fix it

Went through drive thru. The worker was trying so hard to make everything great because your management left only 2 workers to work a lunch crowd. Letting a worker go before I got there which that wasn't acceptable. Do better. But thise 2 workers made my order awesome but they was shouldn't have to been done like that .
Love the service here and I love the discounts for Walmart plus members.

If you don’t want to work fast food don’t. You want a “holiday” off put it in way ahead of time. We pull up to the drive thru MIND YOUUUU this building is EMPTY. No cars in drive thru or parking lot. Ask for a minute when we pull to the box. Because we have 3 children, and we’re just getting a quick bite. Not even a minute of looking at the board and the older lady wants to ask “ you need some help finding something” no- we see the board, just trying to find one last thing, we don’t come to bk everyday and know the whole menu by heart. We say cheeseburger, only ketchup, cheeseburger only mustard, sm fry, 8pc mozzarella sticks and then the lady interupts says is that all? And my fiance says uh no hold on, about to say what else and then a male employee gets on his speaker saying “I hate when they do this” real loud and rude. It ain’t even that serious, but you really got on my wrong side today. Yall wonder why yall don’t have any business, and it’s because of yalls rude employees who want to sit around not doing anything, and get mad when someone shows up. If you’re mad it’s Father’s Day think next time and take it off way in advance, not ahit on another family. Definetly won’t come back to this specific ORANGE AVENUE GARBAGE. Didn’t even try the food because I’m sure yall spit in it after I said something
