Went through drive thru. The worker was trying so hard to make everything great because your management left only 2 workers to work a lunch crowd. Letting a worker go before I got there which that wasn't acceptable. Do better. But thise 2 workers made my order awesome but they was shouldn't have to been done like that .

If you donât want to work fast food donât. You want a âholidayâ off put it in way ahead of time. We pull up to the drive thru MIND YOUUUU this building is EMPTY. No cars in drive thru or parking lot. Ask for a minute when we pull to the box. Because we have 3 children, and weâre just getting a quick bite. Not even a minute of looking at the board and the older lady wants to ask â you need some help finding somethingâ no- we see the board, just trying to find one last thing, we donât come to bk everyday and know the whole menu by heart. We say cheeseburger, only ketchup, cheeseburger only mustard, sm fry, 8pc mozzarella sticks and then the lady interupts says is that all? And my fiance says uh no hold on, about to say what else and then a male employee gets on his speaker saying âI hate when they do thisâ real loud and rude. It ainât even that serious, but you really got on my wrong side today. Yall wonder why yall donât have any business, and itâs because of yalls rude employees who want to sit around not doing anything, and get mad when someone shows up. If youâre mad itâs Fatherâs Day think next time and take it off way in advance, not ahit on another family. Definetly wonât come back to this specific ORANGE AVENUE GARBAGE. Didnât even try the food because Iâm sure yall spit in it after I said something

Came in tonight at 1040 and ordered a double whopper w cheese. Lady said they had to cook it and would be able 5 minutes. Didn't really wanna to wait but thought hey at least it will be fresh. It was not fresh. After about 5 min the lady came out and gave me my food and the burger was the toughest burger I've ever ate. It's like they cooked it in the microwave. It was so tough that I threw it out. I would've came back to the location but I was in a hurry to get home. Completely unacceptable. Spent nine dollars and I never got to eat. How is a burger tough? Especially when it was freshly cooked. Never will go back to this location ever
Was given a whopper that had meat that was hard as a brick! I drove back 15 minutes with the sandwich and just requested a new one and showed the sandwich! By this time it had been 40 minutes since I places order and the manager said the meat might get alittle hard in 40 minutes bro! I will never eat here again and I suggest no one else does either! Bro needs to find another job and they need to shut this place down before someone seriously gets sick

The management and employees here are the most friendly and concerned BK workers Iâve ever ordered from. The management here cares for their employees and customers, from what Iâve seen and heard. Theyâre pleasant and check on you to make sure everythingâs good. By far, they have the CLEANEST bathroom for a fast food restaurant. Their chicken nuggets are a bit on the dry side, but their fries are the best. Really like this shop and will keep coming.
