Arrived at 1540 on a Sunday. One person working but didn’t say a word or acknowledge us until 1600 and we got “what can I get for ya”. He was clearly working hard making sandwiches but there was only one other customer. The restaurant owner should be in here helping.

I love the hot subs! So moist and tender!!!! 🥰

Do you only have one person working there? Just left the place, stood and stood at the counter. One person was cooking and never said a word when we walked in. Will not be back and we were first time patrons.

The classic cheesesteak was tender, moist, and lots of flavor. It was my second visit and will be back.

Ordered an Italian to go. Got home and there was no cheese on it. Wtf. Leave it to this place to mess up there own ingredients. Never again.

I can’t say enough great things about Capriotti’s. Best waygu french dip I’ve ever had. The food is consistent and the service is impeccable. The staff are always friendly and orders are correct.
The owner of this restaurant, Kris, is so friendly and fun!
Highly recommend!

The service and the food were phenomenal. I’m traveling for business and my coworkers suggested this place. I grabbed the tuna sub (risky choice right?) I was delightfully surprised by the freshness of the tuna and the flavor profile of the sub as a whole. It was so good I went back to pick up dinner. I have the italian waiting for me in the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this spot. Jersey mikes who???

I love the French Dip! The meat is seasoned so well and loved the Au Jus. Kris the owner is always around and always checking in on his customers. Love this place and atmosphere

A sandwich shop similar to others, but better. The atmosphere is really cool here. The price is a bit high but so is the quality of the food. Lots of different choices and the staff was very friendly.

Man, this was a terrible lunch trip. Very expensive lunch with bland food all around. I knew it was gonna be rough when the place was virtually empty.

$25 for a medium Wagyu cheesesteak, fries and a drink.

I have never had a bland tasting cheesesteak before, but salt and pepper would do wonders.

I really am pissed about my decision to stop here.
