Tried the Roanoke location when it opened and have never gone back the manager and another employee were rude and I ended up with a sandwich I couldn’t eat and no refund and was told too bad your stuck with the sandwich even though they made it wrong so I left the sandwich there and never got my 24 dollars back either so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

Cancelling orders and not picking up phones - garbage service, picked up the phone to immediately leave on hold / off the hook and closing early.

Arrived at 1540 on a Sunday. One person working but didn’t say a word or acknowledge us until 1600 and we got “what can I get for ya”. He was clearly working hard making sandwiches but there was only one other customer. The restaurant owner should be in here helping.

Do you only have one person working there? Just left the place, stood and stood at the counter. One person was cooking and never said a word when we walked in. Will not be back and we were first time patrons.

The classic cheesesteak was tender, moist, and lots of flavor. It was my second visit and will be back.

Ordered an Italian to go. Got home and there was no cheese on it. Wtf. Leave it to this place to mess up there own ingredients. Never again.

I can’t say enough great things about Capriotti’s. Best waygu french dip I’ve ever had. The food is consistent and the service is impeccable. The staff are always friendly and orders are correct.
The owner of this restaurant, Kris, is so friendly and fun!
