Carrabba's Italian Grill

Came here last night for my very first time with my mom. We were almost immediately seated, it took a few minutes for anyone to come and greet us and take our drink order. We finally ordered and I got pasta and my mother for her meal got the crab cakes and a side of penne.

My pasta was good, just wish it had more shrimp and scallops as it was lacking compared to the overwhelming amount of pasta. The prices are a bit higher than Olive Garden which was a surprise to me. Our waitress only came around maybe twice after taking our order and forgot my soup I was supposed to get before my meal, it was brought out after I received my food. My mom was expecting the crab cakes to be a bit bigger than what they were since it said “jumbo” on the menu but they seemed to have been just regular size if not smaller.

Overall, it was a decent experience and I’ll come back but it’s not in a list of restaurants I would pick to go to if I’m around it and it’s an option.

The food is delicious. This is my second time ordering from here & i was not disappointed! Everything so full of flavor! My order was fulfilled in 20ish minutes. Definitely a must try if you haven’t

Disappointed by the experience. Waitress was not on her game & kept apologizing saying it was her first day back from having a baby. We heard that apology no less than 10 times. About 30 min after she took our order, without writing it down, she came back to take it again & write it down. It was still incorrect when it arrived. We arrived at 235pm & were there 1.5 hours. Kudos to the manager for asking for feedback & accepting constructive criticism citing that she genuinely wants to make improvements. Our bill was discounted but it didn't make up for the circus of a dining experience.

Nikki Reed & Team always go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience each time. We go every month. Marc does a SUPERB job with wine dinners! Nikki & Marc always call us by name, check in regularly, and provide a wonderful experience. They have become great friends!

Dalton is an exemplary server. Not only did he serve us well but was fully engaged in all the tables around him. He is worth more than you pay him.

Staff were fantastic having to manage a party of 40 on short notice. The women tending to us were professional, friendly and engaging. Food was excellent but without the staff the experience would not be the same. Thank you Thank you.

Stephanie and mark were truly a delight they helped me with my order when I was unsure of what I wanted. I had my young daughter with me and they were so nice to me as a new mother. Will be back!

Had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor — exactly what I was hoping for. But what truly made the night special was our server, Leonardo. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. It felt like he genuinely cared that we had a wonderful time.
If you’re deciding where to go for dinner, I highly recommend Carrabba’s — and definitely ask for Leonardo! We will absolutely be coming back!
