I placed a pick up order here and wanted to get some extras before we headed to the hospital next door to give birth. The fine scholar working the register has zero customer service skills.
I walked in — They looked at me, had disgust on their face, turned around towards the counter, ignored me, stared down at their phone and started texting. Like… isn’t this where you work and have to serve customers? Lol - that energy alone makes me question where did Cava find their employees? Why am I even here they do not deserve my money.
I spent $50 on 2 bowls of food… wanted to buy more, but changed my mind due to this experience. I walked out with my pick up order.
You would think if you spent your earned income at an establishment charging an arm and a leg for fresh quality food you would get good service. Nope.
On top of that my double protein lamb meat was skimp and the chicken I added was skimp.
Many reviews here have mentioned the customer service not being good here. Don’t work in hospitality of you are not… “hospitable”.
The GM at this location needs to get it together and improve their hiring & training process.
I’ve received better energy and service from many other locations that deserve my business. This place does not.

CAVA is great for a healthy lunch or dinner, and this location delivers consistently great food, excellent service, and cleanliness. The employees are awesome; Travis is particularly great at being welcoming and making sure all of the food comes out well, and treats all customers with respect. I come to this location several times a week, and the food and service has always been on point
I had a great experience here with Aiden & Travis! They were both pleasant, knowledgeable about the food/menu, seemed to enjoy being helpful and provided a welcoming experience. The food was amazing and I always have to purchase a Cucumber drink! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always have a great time at Cava. The workers are very personable and easy going. If you’ve never been, they’re extremely helpful in picking out what you would like the most. One worker in particulars name is Travis. Travis carries an energetic personality and a wonderful humor that in my opinion is super contagious. Conversation goes a long way!
