The manager noticed that I needed help and came over to assist me because I wanted to order takeout but, I was at the main entrance. She escorted me over to where I could order takeout on the other side of the restaurant. That showed great customer service. Kudos to the management staff.
We ate here for the first time today and we will be back! The food was excellent. I got the 6 oz steak with the chicken tenders and fries and a caesar salad and my fiance got the bacon cheeseburger with cheese fries and for our appetizer we got the onion rings and cheese curds and everything was delicious and the prices were even better! The waitress was great too.
We have been here many times but never felt the need to do a review. The place is clean, the food is good, The plating is a little daintily. It can be really busy and really noisy at times. The service is good but when they are slammed they are slammed so make sure you ask for a water or second drink in case they can't get back to you later after your meal comes for refills or more drinks. The Mixed drinks, the Beer and the Bar is excellent but getting them takes a while....
