Went thru drive thru and was given the wrong thing. Went in to have it corrected and was ignored at the counter. Several staff looking and making eye contact with me. I finally said excuse me can someone help me get my order fixed from the drive thru. One woman, in the different color shirt, rolled her eyes and turned around to ignore me. Another young lady jumped in to help me but I've never been so put off by any CFA employee as I was today. And when I'm just asking for the thing I ordered and paid for there's no need for an attitude.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person, but this time was even better than normal. The staff was incredible. I was new to using the Chick-fil-A app, and the lady who was helping me check out was so patient and kind. I was a little nervous about using the app because I didn't want to hold other people up in line, but the cashier was so helpful. The service was so quick. I got my food before I even left the counter! There was another lady who was walking around helping out with some other stuff around the store, and she took my tray for me! I know Chick-fil-A is fast food, but they have by far the best customer service.
Able to get a Chick Fil A combo for about $10. Service was pretty good as the food came out quickly and the cashiers were friendly. There did seem to be a long line in the drive thru though thus I ate inside. Asked for 3 different sauces and they provided all of them.
Parking: Very busy on a Saturday afternoon and the parking spaces filled up, drive through was packed.
Always a positive experience when corporate rules are in place

Food was good but restaurant is weird. They have a store room in the lobby, looks like a pandemic leftover? Also those terrible trash cans that make you push the door in with your hand, yuck.

First time dining in at this location and it was great! Everything was spotless and really clean, aside from the high table in the center of the restaurant which was SUPER sticky... Staff was insanely friendly and provided prompt, helpful service (as always at Chik Fil A!). Food was superb (as always, again!). The play place was practically noise proof, which is great for other customers who are dining in without children. My boys loved it! Restrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Everything was just fantastic. ?
Vegetarian options: Salads
Parking: Large parking lot. And if by chance the parking lot does get full, Walmart's parking lot is practically attached to Chik Fil A's, so you can park there too!
Kid-friendliness: Almost noise proof play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances.
