Chick-fil-A does make a good chicken sandwich. This location in the mall is rather small. The resteraunt was clean and the staff seemed friendly. A good pick for a chicken sandwich.

Overly crowded. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Used the app to order. They never called me to pick up my food. Stand alone restaurants are 10 times better.

I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal, but when I took my food downstairs to some tables to eat (was way crowded and nowhere to eat inside Chick-fil-A), I only had 6 and 1/2 nuggets! I had to go all the way back upstairs and fight the crowd to get back to the counter. Now I have to say, the manager was on it when I told her. She went straight to the back to tell and show whomever what was inside the box. She then came back out and gave me a bag and said she put a 12 piece in there along with a cookie. I have to say I was pleased by that. I didn't think that would've happened, but she was very nice and remedied the problem. I can say thank you for that. I'm just not used to Chick-fil-A shorting the nuggets in the box, but I'm glad it was fixed.

Showed up to pick up a mobile order, and was immediately cut off by a Jeep yelling expletives out of their window while the employees just watched. Showed up to the employee in the drive thru and let them know I had placed a mobile order, they proceeded to tell me that they had given my order to someone else. The manager came to sort out the situation and made me sit in the drive thru while I pulled up the transaction on the app, and then still wanted me to pay for the food a second time, so I just left.

I assume this is the location at Valley View Mall. If so, it's small with limited seating but the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and my food was delivered fast and hot. I had to sit at a bench in the Mall because all the booths and tables were filled, but that was the only downside. In addition, it's just a few blocks from the Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport, so it was easy to grab something right out of the airport.
