Chick-fil-A does make a good chicken sandwich. This location in the mall is rather small. The resteraunt was clean and the staff seemed friendly. A good pick for a chicken sandwich.

I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal, but when I took my food downstairs to some tables to eat (was way crowded and nowhere to eat inside Chick-fil-A), I only had 6 and 1/2 nuggets! I had to go all the way back upstairs and fight the crowd to get back to the counter. Now I have to say, the manager was on it when I told her. She went straight to the back to tell and show whomever what was inside the box. She then came back out and gave me a bag and said she put a 12 piece in there...

I assume this is the location at Valley View Mall. If so, it's small with limited seating but the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and my food was delivered fast and hot. I had to sit at a bench in the Mall because all the booths and tables were filled, but that was the only downside. In addition, it's just a few blocks from the Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport, so it was easy to grab something right out of the airport.
