Came in with my kid. Got a chicken melt with bacon with a soup. It was good. Also got a kids meal of mac and cheese and some white chocolate cake! There are different options for any type of chicken lover

Edit to update: the manager of the store contacted my place of business at 10:30 last night and spoke to my dispatcher. He threatened to leave bad reviews on all of our business pages and asked my dispatchers who wore the man's pants in my relationship. I'm truly mind blown by this behavior.
Every employee we spoke to was rude. The older lady that took my order cut me off in the middle yelling "you need to hang on a minute." So I waited. After ordering they brought my friend's food (who ordered separately) but not mine. After about 30 minutes my friend went in to ask about my order. A young lady came out and said they couldn't find my order and asked for my receipt. I gave it to her. She asked if I wanted a refund or a to go box. I told her if she could have it ready in 5 minutes, a to go order. If not I would need a refund. My 3 year old was getting very restless. A few minutes later a guy came out with our order. He never looked directly at me. Said "your number wasn't on the table. That's why we didn't bring it out." I told him it had been sitting on the table beside me. He then said "No. It wasn't. Anyway here's your food. There are two extra cookies in the bag." And dropped my bag on the table I eat here often as I take my daughter to a place in the mall often. I will never eat here again after the poor customer service I experienced today.

What a fantastic chain of restaurants. This is my third visit and first to a different establishment. It was JUST as good as my previous visits to other locations. Food is so very fresh, and fantastic. The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. The place is bright and extremely clean. The music tends to be loud but they are accommodating to sensitive hearing visitors.
I can't sing enough praises about how good this place is. Extremely highly recommend!

Food was fantastic. I got the tomato bisque, and it was so good. Tasted homemade, very low salt! Chunky tomato. Yum! Got my fav salad, Olivia's with chunks of egg and pickle relish on a tasty croissant. I also tried the white cake, which did not disappoint. It wasn't overly sweet at all. My partner tried the bacon cheese melt. The manager came by to ask us to let her know what we thought of the new sandwich. Customer service is awesome at this location as well
My wife is the only chicken salad I need. Your basil chicken salad is still very tasty though.

Regular here. would have given it 5 stars but they for some reason don't carry the watermelon tea anymore and it's just horribly disappointing 🫤 it was my absolute fav and I waited a while to grab a drink to go here specifically for it, only to find out they don't offer it anymore
