The dude who made my steak bowl at 9:20pm August 4th, 2025 was very nice and respectful. Once I checked out a white lady with glasses told me I couldn’t buy chips from them because they were just for “online orders” I even asked her if I could put a online order in to buy measly chips. She kept telling me no no no when it’s close to closing time and there were tons of chips left.

Don’t come to this location. I’ll never come again. You should fire her.

Went in for a burrito, came away with a terrible culinary and service experience. Qdoba can't get built fast enough. The serving area was disgusting. The guy building my burrito could not keep focus on the task. I had to repeat my order several times as he kept accidentally adding unwanted ingredients (high?). He did the saddest burrito roll I've ever seen. I had to put it in a bowl. The foil didn't cover the burrito and my food was just lying bare on the unclean cashier counter surface. I asked for dine in and they bagged it togo. The cashier charged me for chips and a drink but did not provide them. She just walked out to vape after my cc transaction completed. She also didn't know what I ordered because the guy that built it didn't communicate it and was gone as soon as he passed it off. I had to shout for someone in the kitchen to give them to me. The drink station was dirty and all the sauces empty. I asked for a Tabasco and people acted like I was asking for the moon. Again this was to the group hanging out in the rear kitchen area. Tables were super dirty with dried food. My chips were chewy they were so stale. The burrito was mediocre.

The Valley View location is known for being like this, but sad to see this location fall so far in quality. Will never return.

Nothing on the door or took the end of the line to tell you about no lids and out of like most things on the line. Then charging full price, absolutely wild. Then they sit and look at you stupid when you can’t comprehend that you have to pay full price. I understand the trucks can be delayed but charging full price is wild.

I have never before been disappointed with a Chiptole order. I have now. I ordered a burrito bowl and the bowl was half full and there were maybe 5 shreds of lettuce on top. The guacamole was browning, and the chips were stale and not salty at all. I asked for 2 kinds of salsa and had a difficult time finding any in the bowl. Awful, will not be back to this Chipotle.

I did contact Chipotle at the address they provided below, no love. They did absolutely nothing.

Rudest staff and management. They act like they are doing you a favor and you’re bothering them- especially management. Was asked “Yeah what?” When the manager came out - employee told me it was unfortunate they worked there

Hiring manager is awful calling customers liers just because she don't want to do her job. Place is filthy saw 5 roaches it worst place I have ever eaten in my life and I have been. In food service bartending waiting tables etc... for 26 yrs snd I have never been treated like the woman calling herself the hiring manager .they had a manager almost walk out nobody had showed up to work they never have employees. Can imagine why management . I will never go to Chipotle again and all my 3000 followers won't go either.

Went to this location to place an order and the food section they use to serve is a mess . After getting the food I had to go back to switch the chips they were old and tasted horrible. This use to be my go to location but seeing and tasting the food after spending money on it it's not worth it .
