Great service, very nice server. Food was delicious. I recommend it 100%.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. For background context, I used to work at chipotle and learned every position(mainly working the grill). I can say it’s changed a lot, maybe it’s just this location. Ordered 8 plain steak tacos. The person fulfilling the order put about half of the required spooning amount of steak on the tacos. During the order fulfillment the manager approached and barked out that there was not a way to ring up 8 tacos. This is obviously bogus. After all was said and done I paid $55 dollars for 8 double meat tacos that were actually regular portioned tacos. Also, after spending $55 dollars on the tacos I politely asked for a small cup of cilantro of which they refused. I understand this is not part of the regular menu, however considering the price it seemed reasonable.

Out of all of the Chipotle's in Roanoke, this is the best.Their season food is amazing and this comes from a vegetarian.Their spices are great.The meal was delicious.We got a bowl.This is the best one

Love how they make half a bowl if you get delivery. You pay a huge premium to treat yourself and have it come to you, so they save on costs since you can’t ask for more:

Tacos I had were good. But the chips and side of guacamole were not. Chips had no flavor and the guacamole tasted like avocado's were made up with nothing else added.

all of the employees are great for the most part except one girl who is always so rude and literally gives the tiniest scoop of everything and makes you buy extra to get a normal sized bowl. it’s ridiculous because i’m so nice to her and i get sad everytime i see she’s there because i know im finna get robbed. she is short and tiny not to point fingers but im pointing

When they are out of TWO of the main proteins an HOUR before closing and refuse to make more? Avoid this place- some things never change.

Food was great but the place was filthy! Every single table had some type of leftover food on it, and the trash was overflowing! The drink stand was filthy and messy! There were five people sitting down eating and no one in line and not one person came out to try to clean up the tables or dump the trash! Filthy dirty!

They will give you half a portion and if you ask to add a little more of sides (WHICH IS FREE) they will give you very mean look and most likely ignore your request. If you want to get half a bowl for 10$ be sure to stop by this Chipotle.
