The associates were friendly yet efficient n helping me to decide what choices I wanted to make on food choices. I liked their music choice. Made for a nice atmosphere.
Thank you 😊

A week prior to our event, our planner confirmed the process for placing a group order, notifying them of the date and number of orders. A couple days prior, we were notified that the orders needed to be submitted by 10AM the day of our luncheon. Upon arrival to pick up the 19 orders, they were turned away because of not being adequately staffed to process the orders submitted nearly 2 hours prior. At the very minimum, notice that they were not going to accept the order should have been sent at the time the orders were placed. Thankfully, the bbq place in the same parking lot was more than willing to accommodate the orders and lunch was delicious.

Advice: Don't tip here! They only focus on customers in line and ignore the customers who ordered pick up. Really trashy inside also, despite having like 10 employees working.

I hate to leave bad reviews but we arrived and the restaurant was filthy. Employees were on their phones. We mentioned nicely the tables were dirty and they just made excuses. We went ahead and ate but nothing changed with normal traffic in 30 minutes. Left and all tables were still dirty. The food was fine

This place is always dirty. Tonight, the place was empty when we walked in,every table was filthy. The cashier was playing on her phone. She watched me clean off a table so we could sit. We ordered and she continued to stand there. We politely mentioned it, and was met with annoyance and rudeness. They still never bothered to clean up.

The times i do end up going to this chipotle they end up being out of stock on a lot (mostly white rice and steak).

Your better off going to the tangle wood one or valley view one they are way better.

Would not recommend this one

My son loves this Tower Shopping center Chipotle , and he usually gets burritos here . He says they do a good job and are friendly . He said his only complaint is they don’t wrap his burritos well enough sometimes .
Me personally , I don’t think they are friendly . I think they are kind of hateful . I barely got a spoonful of steak in my bowl one time and the girl looked at me and said “too bad” I have never in my life heard a employee say “too bad” to a customer . No attempt to fix it or anything . I’m glad my son likes this particular Chipotle because I think there are much better locations . I don’t appreciate the rude service . They need to improve big time before I’ll ever consider buying something from them again

The lack of urgency on mid afternoon rush is absolutely unacceptable. And the portions of food they provide suffer even worse. Everyone gets double because they give you less then a full scoop protein normally, and being so unprepared is ridiculous.

The young guys helping me make the bowl were great and very helpful, however, the manager on Nov 22nd at 8:00 was extremely hateful to the new employee on the line. It was such extreme bullying it was hard to believe it was real. This is not the first instance of rude and disrespectful behavior I have experienced from this employee.

I never write reviews but this rice was too horrible not to. Ruined the whole meal having white rice that crunched.

Went a few hours after the typical lunch rush and there was only one family eating in there. The place was an absolute disaster and the food behind the counter hadn't been refilled or flipped all day. There was also a baby behind the counter, which I can understand due to the childcare crisis right now, but the employees were just playing with the baby instead of doing anything related to their job while they had down time.

The girl serving us told us they didn't have white rice because they didn't feel like making any. The guac was just a tub of brown goo. There were multiple unfinished burritos laying on the counter behind the glass, likely due to people starting to create something and then deciding to leave as they worked their way down the line and realized they were out of half of the ingredients and the rest were so old I was worried I would get food poisoning. I'll be going to Tanglewood or Valley View locations from now on. I suspect the new Qdoba across the street will put this location out of business in no time once it opens.

Three people were working and not a single one acknowledged me when I got up to the counter and spoke to the closest employee. I was the only customer, so they weren’t busy helping other people. After a min, someone took my order, but when he put guac on my bowl, I noticed it was full of cheese. I pointed that out because I was hoping for some from a part of the container without cheese mixed in and he said it’s everywhere, the cheese is right next to it so what do you expect? Looking around at the food containers, cross contamination was everywhere and food was spilled all over the surface where they serve. Anyone with food allergies should use extreme caution or just avoid the place altogether.

Food at wrong holding temperature, requiring yet another VDH complaint. Delivery order where the store makes the driver wait 20 minutes. What type of management is leading the store or is the manager absent as usual? Your CEO needs to visit the area.
