I went there on Monday morning, and honestly, I had a bad experience. The place was dirty, and the managers' attitude left a lot to be desired. It was a terrible experience, awful service. I love Chipotle, but I wouldn't go back to that location.

Tell me why your food is so much different from the food at Towers. Don't go to valley view they are AWFUL and the meat is old and cold. The chimichurri sauce all NASTY it was burnt tasting its a great sauce at Towers its just a 10 mile ride. Towers is completely different atmosphere. I won't be back. Clean your store 11am and floors are nasty smh, you staff sitting in lobby they act like I was bothering them to order. This is second chance and I can't do that. It's my last visit to any Chipotle you need to train your staff on job duties like cleaning. The food is too expensive to keep getting screwed over..

Cris and Josh were awesome. They were friendly, quick, and made my order exactly how I wanted it. Even with the line moving fast, they still took the time to be polite and make sure everything was right. Great customer service—definitely made my visit better

I have a love hate relationship with this location the service is either amazing or awful and recently it has been awful the lady that was taking my order was so rude and has been all the time I have had her she was talking for a while with the person in front of me but I didn’t mind and then she rush me when no one was behind me.

Employee was extremely rude and loud because we ordered 3 tacos and a bowl of rice . Place is filthy as well.. will not be back and will spread the word about this outhouse.

My first time at this store. I have a gluten allergy and I normally tell the workers to change gloves when I’m being served and generally it’s never an issue but the one worker at this place when I kindly asked her to change gloves and said I have an allergy, her reaction was absolutely disgusting, she mumbled, she rolled her eyes and made me feel like I’m just the worst person ever and that I shouldn’t be here eating.

Never again I will come to this place if that’s how the workers treat their customers.
