Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was good BUT tables were dirty and they were out of napkins. When one of the workers was asked to replenish the napkins she continued emptying the trash cans ….3 in all before she got the napkins and she knew I was waiting. I was definitely not a priority and seemed like she did not want to be there. Especially helping any customers.

Super messy store. Food was all over the place.

Evening staff is Nasty and the place is Disgusting! The counter tops were unkept on Saturday night peak hours. Because of that Sofrita had pieces of some red meat in it which came in to our food. When pointed out, a very obnoxious lady had audacity to tell us that ‘sometimes proteins mix up!’ Why bother labeling them ‘Vegetarian’ and putting them in different containers then! Also they were our of a bunch of things like chips, cheese, Vinaigrette, again in peak hours! And here is where the lines were crossed. When asked for refund, manager had guts to ask us why don’t you eat meat? Never placing foot in this place!! I’d advise to drive a couple miles south to chipotle on colonial, they are clean, staff is welcoming and they are never out of anything!

Got there shortly after they opened. Everything was freshly made, friendly staff and very efficient.

Stale rice and bad pieces of chicken. Had an app order and kept getting bumped for walk ins who arrived later than me, even though the line cleared a few times. Would not return to this location.

All the staff working on 11/13/24 around 1pm absolutely amazing. Best service I've ever had???

I live in Roanoke and this was my first time visiting the Valley View Chipotle location. NEVER AGAIN. I ended up with what I can only assume is food poisoning last night. STAY AWAY!

This place deserves no star, rude , don’t have ingredients to begin with

The brisket was overcooked and dry. There were Flys all over the food. I saw the girl making a burrito and a fly landed on the un rolled burrito. She rolled the burrito with the fly in it and wrapped it in foil. It was put in a pick up bag. I almost vomited. The tables inside and outside were filthy and had not been wiped in a while. Had to clean the table and seats so we could sit there. The guy who rang us up was friendly and professional. Won't eat there ever again.

Place was disgusting. The tables were not clean and covered in old food. Was there for 45 minutes and it was not busy but not one employee decided to clean up. Bugs were flying around so I don't want to think what landed on the food. Will never go back.

Edit: After reading reviews it looks like there are multiple complaints of the place being filthy and not cleaned over the last year. How is this an on going problem? How is this not a problem solved a year ago?

I don’t know who it was but the guy with the dyed blonde hair should not be on the line he rushed my order when it wasn’t busy and poorly handled my food
