Chipotle was running a BOGO event today and they refused to honor it.
Ordered a Bowl. Too little portion size. They were literally short of most of the ingredients (including whatever little Fajitas that they could get by scraping the bottom). The Red Chimichurri was not even filled with 40% of the container volume.
Never going to this store again.

This Chipotle was outright garbage. They gave me a bowl with the portions of a toddler snack, then acted like scooping actual chicken was some life-threatening task. The guy ran out and instead of waiting to give me a proper portion… he just slapped a full-price sticker on it. Embarrassingly lazy, cheap, and borderline insulting for a restaurant pretending to serve meals.
All these lousy reviews and management still can’t read the room.

Went in last night- got a bowl and the chicken was basically nonexistent on my bowl, and burnt. The veggies were also burnt.

Too rough customer service with a burned chicken . Food quality too bad . Cold rice and a minimum protein and when asked for more they simply reject to do so . Charged $5 more for cheese . That I don't know . Taking cash no card . Not recommended.

When we walked in. I immediately noticed all the trash all over the ground and the food alll over the tables. Very off putting because we wanted to dine in. It took a lil bit for us to be even taken care of and we were the only ones in the entire store. Me and my bf. And the lady was throwing our food at us when we paid and we said have a good night and she said yup. I said wow.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've been to Chipotles from Maryland to DC, all over Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina.......THIS LOCATION is by far the WORST. Even worse than the one in Savannah Georgia which was pretty bad. This location is closer to my home than the other 4 in this area but I will go out of my way to avoid this location. I was told they had new management by the regional manager I ran into about 6 months ago, but when I recently revisited, it is still disgusting with food mess everywhere, staff on cell phones while there's a line out the door with 2 people actually working, manager hiding in the office, threatening to charge extra for a small ramekin of lettuce and sour cream for a kids meal. My 6yr old wants to make a bowl like mine and they want to upcharge everything even though I ordered two additional bowls and could have a few ramekins to go with those (which I didn't). AWFUL location. Hoping Corporate sees this eventually and fixes this location. What a shame.

stingy servings, other chipotle’s do not charge for addons. Do yourself a favor and go to the towers location, friendlier atmosphere. Employees seem bothered to have customers.

I visited this restaurant for the third and last time. I only go here because my grandchildren like the food. This place is filthy dirty and needs to be reported to the health department. I’m amazed that there are always 6-8 employees behind the counter. Most of the employee’s are just standing there doing nothing.
Don’t rush people to check out especially if you aren’t busy. Also don’t make racial comments while working. Didn’t get to use my coupon because i didn’t get to scan my code because she rang my husband up before I got a chance to give code and of course they don’t ask do you have a code when checking out.

THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Portions are horrible and the Management here is a complete joke! This place needs to be closed immediately!!! GM here needs to learn how to do their job, it’s obvious the management was picked out by kindergartners. Also the employees have no training. Also act like the customer is the issue when you first walk in. The food is also bland and not worth the money you are paying at all!

I never leave reviews, specifically bad ones as I understand that things happen, however, this location has sadly gone completely downhill. No greeting from employees and usually an attitude while taking your order. The counter stays a mess with items mixed up in the containers. I went today thinking my experience would be better but it was worse than usual. One employee stood with his back against the wall with his arms folded just staring as we walked in. Again, no greeting. My burrito was folded in a way that the insides were pouring out of the top essentially making it inedible as a burrito. They were running low on corn salsa and sour cream and instead of getting more, they scraped the bottom and barely put any on my burrito or my boyfriend’s bowl. Lastly, I paid $6 for guac and maybe 20 stale chips. If there is no serious overhaul here, this location doesn’t stand a chance.

Your phone bot is awful. Also I ordered extra rice and extra beans on a pickup order and the whole bowl doesn’t even fill up half the bowl. Not the first time Tanglewood has butchered an order.

Went to this location and they got my order wrong. When I said they'd have to start over (it was a salsa topping you couldn't just take off), the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes at me. All this while a manager and some other guy are just standing around doing nothing. All this while some poor woman is busting her butt down the line. Would've written a more detailed review, but saw this location has a 2.4 rating and I'm not really sure my comments will matter. This location just appears to be awful.
