Food is good as usual. Service... not so much. We did an online order for the drive through and when we got there the employee asked us what we wanted to drink. The drinks are on the ticket. We told him and he said we would have to come inside because that specific drink was in a different part of the store. Are they incapable of navigating their workplace? If I told my client something similar I would be homeless. I've worked in restaurants and managed them and this location is obviously in need of leadership. Lastly, our order was wrong. Frustrating because Chipotle is a good chain, just not this location.

Really bad experience. I ordered delivery and got the wrong thing completely (wanted a veggie bowl and got chicken with no beans?) and there is NO way to contact the store directly. The online help sucks and offered a free drink. I finally called their main customer service line to get a refund but even they can’t contact the store or share this feedback. What a terrible system all around.ETA: the comment says to visit customer service which I did! That was part of the issue. And clearly you’re not listening now either.

I’d give less stars but not able to. Totally sucked today. Girl told me no they were out of steak, but guy behind her was cutting some up. Out of queso completely. Sucks sucks sucks !!!!!

The food was absolutly gross. The meat was so dry that it made it so hard to eat. There are much better local restaurants in terms of quality and price.

I went here for a quick dinner after studying around 6:45pm and whoever was the short brown haired dude giving out portions of chicken was absolutely crazy. The guy in front of me was a employee and the dude gave him probably .5 oz of chicken… yeah right bro, I walked out immediately. I get portion control but dang… that’s excessive.

Tried to order a chicken and cheese quesadilla….told we could not order that unless it was ordered online…..because they only have the machine to make those “back there.” If you are in business to make food (and money) why the heck can’t you order food while inside the restaurant. I see why this place has terrible reviews. Seems that they need new management or perhaps a whole new franchise owner! I highly recommend going next door to Blaze Pizza! Fantastic customer service, salad, and pizzas!!! Friendly people as well!

This place deserves a zero star review. The manager, Rob, yelled at me for asking a question. He then proceeded to yell at his staff in front of a full restaurant. The food was not on par with my other Chipotle location visits, nor were the serving sizes. The staff were obviously scared of Rob and were cowering when he spoke. We do NOT support bullying. We will not be returning.

If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. This place is absolutely the worst Chipotle. Our party had a terrible experience. Manager is completely rude, food was ill prepared, and the place was a wreck. Desperately needs new management and a visit from corporate.

I have tried to give this location several chances because I typically love their food. This place is absolutely disgusting. Every time I go inside it is completely trashed with food and other trash on the floor. One evening the women's bathroom toilet was clogged and completely revolting. I went again, against my better judgement, and picked up an online order in the drive thru. I promptly got my food and was handed an empty cup for my daughter's drink. The employee shut the window and turned away so I went inside to make my own drink (what's the point of a drive thru?) Again, the inside of the restaurant was completely trashed and I had to dodge discarded items on the floor. The drink/condiment station was out of things and a wreck. Keep in mind, this is right at the start of dinner rush hour. Don't even get me started on the food quality and the portion size. I once heard the manager here berate a young employee for giving a customer too much cheese. This place could seriously benefit from a cleaning house, starting with management. Then, maybe, I'll consider going back!

The food tasted good, BUT the kitchen looked nasty, one girl was working the preparation and cash register and running back to front. I waited 10 minutes past my pick-up time , asked that young lady to check on my meal which she did and brought it to the front. Again the food was correctly put together and tasted good...but the restaurant was dirty and inefficiently run.
