I don’t have a Chipotle in my area… so anytime at all I go somewhere, I stop to get Chipotle. This one is consistently the best - it’s clean, fast, the employees are so friendly, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.

This was the skimpiest bowl I have ever gotten from any chipotle, also they didn’t add the fajita veggies! If you go through the chipotlane be prepared to get a half sized bowl!

Absolutely best location!! They were super busy and everyone tried the best to help each other . Very polite and offered customers who waited drinks. Some customers were very rude and not understanding this location is hands down 5 stars

After driving 7 hrs today this was my one stop for a meal and I ordered the sofritas burrito. I’m vegan and this is a vegan burrito but it was stuffed with chicken. When I called I got a chat bot so I had to say I left something to finally get a human and the human said it wasn’t that serious. Chipotle is disgusting and this one is particularly disgusting. The people who work here are half asleep and do not care about what they’re doing. I wouldn’t recommend it to a starving pig.

Hands down the best chipotle in Roanoke, and my absolute favorite. The surrounding ones should definitely take some notes. The kitchen and food area is always looking nice and tidy..very clean and the food is always fresh. Absolutely outstanding management and just a great group of people here. Good job Blue Hills Chipotle!

As a Google Local Guide and frequent Chipotle customer, I’ve consistently had good experiences at this location — until now. I’ve previously been able to order ⅓ portions of three different proteins (equal to a single serving) without issue, as long as the proteins were the same price. It’s a fair request, and staff have always handled it professionally.

This visit was different. I was told I’d be charged extra, even though I wasn’t asking for more food — just variety. It’s frustrating when the same location applies inconsistent policies depending on who’s working. I’m not trying to bend rules, just asking for clarity and consistency.

Food was fine, but the shift in service left me second-guessing whether this location values returning customers or simply follows convenience over customer experience.

this specific location has VERY lazy workers as they for one cannot roll a burrito or take the 2 mins it takes to put ingredients onto a tortilla, so they put all the ingredients in a BOWL, and give you 4 tortillas TEN TIMES SMALLER then the burrito tortillas. this is very disappointing especially with this happening more then once and now actually being the forth time they simply didnt get correct or simply just didnt even try for their consumers. its very sad as this is their job.

THEY DID BIG!!! the shift at 7pm on May 30th ALL NEED A RAISE!!!! came in and felt welcome. and then they know how to make a bowl putting good porpotions for what we paid. got us in and out real quick i really appreciate tht crew. wished i took a picture. delectable.

I love chipotle but they completely missed the mark on my mobile order. We got three different things and all three were either wrong or missing items. My bowl came as a burrito and double chicken turned into half a scoop. One burrito was missing queso. And the other bowl was missing extra protein too. Disappointing chipotle, this is not the quality we have come to expect.
