Great classic chipotle with solid portions for price. Very nice staff and freshly made toppings. Slightly more spice in the chicken at this chain location than others which was a great improvement to the bowl.

This Chipotle was one of the worst food establishments I've ever been to. I was 3 people back in line and it took over 40 minutes to order and get my food and I got there around 4:30pm. There were 4 people I saw working. One at the register never helped with anything else. She would wait 10 minutes of doing nothing for the other workers to give her someone's food so she could check the customer out, but that was it. When I got to the counter to order (1 chicken burrito bowl) there was hardly any ingredients in the bins, some were even empty so I felt like I got jipped. The workers also seemed to be in a bad mood or not engage at all. The girl at the register seemed like she couldn't be bothered by communicating with the customers, not even during checkout. The place was also filthy. I was late getting to an event because of how long this took. I tried scarfing down my food from the parking lot. The food was completely cold and the worst part is it tasted like I had the grill scrapings in my food. How they will scrape the flat top periodically to get the grime off. It was not able to be chewed, dry even, and was completely disgusting. So I ended up throwing the entire thing away. The worst part is that I wrote in to Chipotle to tell them about my horrible experience and the reply was sorry to hear about the negative experience, not what we like to hear, give us another try. Not anything about trying to rectify the situation. Not only will I never go to this location again, it really turned me off on Chipotle altogether. If you decide to go here, good luck. May the odds be ever in your favor!

I ordered take out from here on 10-28 around 6pm.
I always check my food prior to driving off. The sour cream was pure liquid. When I went back theough the pick up window I was told that this “batch” of sour cream was watery. She tried to assure me that it was fine to eat but ended up making me a bowl without sour cream as the sour cream had a bad smell and my bowl was more like soup.
I pulled off to the side to eat my new bowl and they gave me loads of pico and corn salsa but I counted 5 pieces small pieces of carna asasda. There is no way this was the correct portion of protein.
As customers we pay alot of money for this food. It’s not that hard to make it the right way considering how much it is. Your staff needs to be trained to take accountability when the order is not edible or correct . It’s not my fault they gave me watery sour cream, so why punish me and cheat me out of the portion of protein when I’m not the one in the wrong?
I’m 100% sure that the workers there wouldn’t want to eat pure liquid sour cream. It’s really not that hard to put effort into your job.

Got my food. Didn’t realize until halfway through my bag that some of them have mold. Now I feel terrible.

They didnt have forks and didn’t tell people up front. We don’t live close and have 30$ worth of food. Can’t eat a salad or steak with a spoon!!We also had plans to do other things after we ate but now have to cancel and go home to eat or risk getting sick off of food that’s been sitting for hours. This is ridiculous!!!
Waited in the pickup line for literally 30 minutes. It was a promised pickup of 7pm, didn’t get it until 7:30pm. All because of getting “fresh carne asada”. Got offered a single drink for while I waited. Not a refund or any major compensation. Just a drink. 30 minutes later I finally get my food and my bowl is ice cold. Absolutely ridiculous. At the very least you could’ve remade a fresh bowl with the second one. Not make one and leave it for literally 30 minutes while waiting for the other to be made.

This place used to be really good, but the new employees are absolutely awful. Waited 30+ minutes for an online order, a bowl and a kids meal, asked about it twice and was given a dirty look, no response and then the girl went back to looking at her phone. Wild for a place I used to view so highly!

Be far the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. They consistently fill my bowl every time. Rice always looks fresh and the employees are friendly.

I don’t have a Chipotle in my area… so anytime at all I go somewhere, I stop to get Chipotle. This one is consistently the best - it’s clean, fast, the employees are so friendly, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.
