This is a good Chipotle location. The food was really good and fresh. They weren't out of anything. The staff was friendly and fast. And the place was clean.

Tonight’s visit was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and polite and the portions were generous! Reminded me of Chipotle restaurants from the past!

I am often disappointed in most Chipotle’s due to skimpy servings….but not here tonight!

Need to hire competent employees. Waited over an hour for our doordash, neither one of the 3 bags if chips and salsa and queso we ordered was with it. Left off the peppers and onions on my burrito and put rice i didn't ask for. Embarrassing if you ask me

First time to this location. Very friendly staff and they did a nice job building my bowl. The tables were clean the utensils were stocked. Enjoyed the bowl! I decided to try out the chicken I really enjoyed it. Not too spicy, very flavorful.

I highly do not recommend this store and, to be brutally honest, this has put me off ordering from Chipotle at all. My order is a prime example of what is wrong with post COVID fast food apps. If you want a really good story, sit down and read. I have never posted a Google Reviews posting until now as I generally do not because I'm an old Zoomer that has better things to do like playing obscure horror games or listening to some shoegaze albums. But I think this needs to be known. Here is the timeline of events...

October 7th 2024

-- 4:09pm Online Order is made through the Official Chipotle App. It is a delivery order.

-- 4:34pm My order is "picked up". What has actually happened is someone has stole my order. This Chipotle Store does not check people's orders at all. I have been living here for a few years and when I pick it up myself I have *never* been asked for my phone or my name by a clerk. It is a 100% honor system which can be easily exploited.

-- 4:36pm The DoorDasher arrives. The DoorDasher is notably, confused. I have a short name I go by -- "Ty", short for Tyler. My first name is my legal name. If Chipotle argues that only legal names should be on the bags then do not have their official social media touting quirky names like "UwU" or "Friday's Regret" or whatever Millennial-core humor they wanna throw out.

-- As an aside, Chipotle does not have official delivery services. It contracts DoorDash which has introduced an unnecessary element for the customer. This is a wider problem that cannot be fix in this instance but that is besides the point.

-- The staff proceed to not remake the order and claimed that I have picked it up (??? It is clearly marked as a delivery order. Why would I pick-up a delivery order?).

-- The DoorDasher contacts me and DoorDash support. DoorDash support protocol really is just "get them to remake the order lol". Mind you? I will still be charged DoorDash fees for a late delivery. That is coming later don't worry.

-- The DoorDasher is understandably busy, finishes a few other orders, and returns to the store to confirm that my order was not picked up by me and has not arrived to me. They still *refuse* to remake the order. The DoorDasher even goes to the direct manager of this store and the manager claims they cannot remake it because they are "busy". I understand the customer is not always right -- that is a lie of the fast-food industry. But at every interval Chipotle staff at this location could have resolved this situation in the span of a few minutes and they deliberately chose not to.

-- The delivery order is cancelled. The DoorDasher kindly offered to pick me up something else but that is not his responsibility to do so. I will now have to go to Chipotle for resolution and I have still been charged "delivery and service fees" that I likely will not get back from DoorDash.

Let this be a testament to the callousness fast food industries make of people. I'm sure these employees at this Chipotle are some genuinely nice people. But greed and production quotas makes devils of angels. At every opportunity a member at this store could have fixed this. Yet because of circumstances they either willingly or unwillingly wanted to address it they did not -- not even the direct manager.

I am now going to have to file a ticket to see if I can get a "partial" refund back. Absolutely unacceptable.

EDIT UPDATE 1: As usual, I have been told to go to online customer support. I keep submitting my ticket via the automated bot. The Pepper. The Pepper denies me. I have tried multiple avenues -- tried saying it was "Cancelled" or "Missing Delivery". I can not fully explain the issue because the Pepper does not care. It sends me into the metaphorical pit wher

I've dined here several times; eat in and pick up. The food is okay and usually friendly service. Not a fan of how the app wants a tip, for people performing their jobs? When I go to McDonald's or another fast food restaurant, they're not trying to hit the customer up for extra money for doing their job, that these companies apparently have built into their pay plan as opposed of paying their employees more. Given that it's somewhat overpriced, focus on providing great food and service and paying your employees more. And keep the tables clean. Usually, they haven't been wiped off after the last customers. 3 ?

Worst Chipotle in Roanoke. A young woman with a rude, nonchalant attitude works here. I walked out last I came because of the time I waited without reason to be served. I almost did the same this time. I regret not having done so. Someone needs to teach her manners and how to make a burrito.

Went on a Thursday night at 7pm for dinner. The tables were all dirty, all trash cans were packed, most the staff had no hospitality, warmth, manners, urgency, or friendliness. The Al pastor chicken was riddled with gristle, and we didn’t finish our meals because we felt queazy/unsure about the meat. We won’t back, and we caution others when choosing this location.
