Great family experience. Plenty of activities for young and old. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking spaces. Wide doors, though not powered so a hindering feature for handicapped individuals. Great Handicapped bathroom facilities. My only disappointment was the food. I had a personal pizza and it was a 4 out of 10. I still would recommend this restaurant/facility for family outings. BTW. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We called the day of and they fit us in for an 8 kid birthday party. The staff was so helpful, kind, and patient. They were short staffed today too, but still managed to make 8 pizzas, get into costume, and answer all of our questions. Thanks for a great time today!!

We just had my daughter’s birthday party there yesterday. There was a lack of communication before and during the party, there was too many people for the area we were in, we felt mislead about a few things so it feels like a rip off, it was just an overall complete disaster. First off the person working the main entrance gave me the wrong name tag even though I pointed out our names on the sheet they had. There were multiple parties going at the same time, which is fine, but they were definitely not prepared. They didn’t have enough room for everyone that came and it wasn’t corrected until half way through the party. The party started late because they didn’t know the schedule of things happening and seemed completely lost. Our host barely helped us out and I ended up doing everything. He was off in his own little world and helping his coworkers with their parties instead of hosting ours. I Had to serve the kids their own pizza, her candle wasn’t lit during the birthday song so we had to sing it again, they didn’t pick up any plates or trash when we needed it, and we had to complain multiple times. We also found out during the party that you can’t pause your play cards, so the money you spent for the full time is being wasted while you eat and open presents. That seems like a rip off to me seeing as we spent so much money for the package and you can pause any of the other cards as long as they didn’t come with the birthday package. Along with only receiving 1 gift bag when we were made to believe all the kids would receive one. Staff has no idea what they offer in the party packages, so they can’t help you if you have questions. We spent over $300 on this party and it was a MESS! I’ll never do it again and I won’t recommend this place to any friends/ family.

We went on a Saturday and it was busy!! I was so impressed by the staff, they were hustling all while staying very friendly. Special shoutout to Clara! She helped my niece and nephews at the prize counter and was so patient and nice. The hard work and teamwork from the staff was great to see. We had a great time.

Pizza was over cooked , this was the second time the first time the pizza looked horrible the cook was new and it seemed like he wasn’t trained well . There was more crust around the edges over an inch. I sent that one back .someone else made the second pizza. That was a few months ago. Last night it was over cooked . I didn’t eat any . Need to train cooks better . The quality of food has gone down drastically in the past year
