A few of the cast members? I guess are extremely ignorant and a few of them underage drink on the job :( not very good I wouldn’t trust them with the parties or children

We had so much fun celebrating little dude's birthday, they just got a brand new remodel and even offer a mini trampoline park style jump zone for an additional $10 for unlimited jump time with a pretty neat pair of grippy socks! $33 for unlimited play for an hour

Maybe it's just my personal feeling but if you lay $300 to have a birthday party you should not run out of pizza!!! And the party should be blocked off with ribbons or something because the whole time we were at the party there was constantly kids that were not with our party running right through the middle of it

Recommend to everyone I know. Pizza is the best I've ever ate and have good people that go above and beyond to make it the best possible experience you could ask for. The young lady in Roanoke VA wouldn't even let us tip her for a excellent bday party my sister's grand daughter had there.

It was fine......a separate charge for a tiny trampoline ($15) is ridiculous... especially since the kids can't do anything but jump up and down, I understand the reasoning behind it, don't care about but my 3 boys got bored after less than 10 minutes...$45 down the drain...... But, I do appreciate Chucky coming out and entertaining my youngest...

Check in and out is streamlined and more efficient. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. Chuck E Cheese did a phenomenal job dancing with the kids and taking pix. The food is ok. Vegetarian pizza was decent. However, absolutely everything is an add on - even the"ball pit/trampoline thing" is an extra $10 per child, which seems excessive. Not sure about the value. We ordered pizza and wings - there were only FOUR wings, some celery and some cheesy bread!!! One adult and three kids cost well over $120 on a Thursday evening. And, to my surprise and massive disappointment, nothing was dipped in gold! Also, sadly, all they have are Pepsi products. Gross...

I drove all the way for an hour to come be at Chuck E. Cheese to go play with my kids. I’m alone single mom, two special-needs kids and right as I fight all the way up here with my kids and finally get them the place. The lady said I had to give her a selfie of me and my kids before we even enter and I can’t even fit all of us into the camera frame. My arms are too short. She didn’t even bother asking if I needed help with the picture I got so frustrated already I left with my kids completely upset. I’m not happy since when do I have to get a picture of all of us to come enjoy or whatever play at establishment and the fact that we have to present pictures of us and give them to some random stranger working out your booth. tells me you have a problem with people getting abducted

I purchased 2 , 60 min play times yesterday they were advertised at $19.99 each. However on Wednesday they were advertised 30% off. After having a somewhat difficult time placing my order for food, when it got to the play times I didn't realize that I had been overcharged. It was after I got home and looked at the charge $ 43.40 that I was charged for 2 play times realizing I had been charged too much. You can not get an answer when calling you local Chuck E Cheese. A disappointed customer.

Food portions are terrible. Wings for two is like 7 nuggets. Same old games from the 2000s

If you are there for the games and tickets don't waste your time. Almost ever jackpot has ben dropped to 25 or less tickets in the last couple months. Small 12 ticket wins ar now only 4 tickets. One machene was activly not paying out bonuses even if you won them. Taking your child there is like teaching them it's OK to be ripped off and taken advantage of. It's not like the prizes are expensive to supply and they don't make money on food, they could make it so some poor child has a chance to bring home a stuffed animal without being that greedy. When I asked about the change I was advised that corporate makes these decisions, the staff member was very polite and unaware. Take your child to the one of the other arcades in town, even if they don't look as pretty, at least they will not be robbed of the chance to win that we had as children.
We can't recommend them enough for birthday parties. Our host was nothing short of amazing and thr kids had a great time. It takes a lot of the stress off of the parents so everyone can enjoy the time together. Great job!

You don't get nearly enough tickets for the price you play for games. The smallest price you can get is 15 tickets, and most of the games the base tickets you win are 3.
