Good place all around. Great burgers. Pool tables are pretty well maintained.

We really enjoyed our meal and you can't best the price. It was quite busy for a Wednesday but we didn't have to wait. We would definitely come again. We thought they had the best prices around, and there wasn't any skimping on the amount of food.

Love the community inn. Always have since a young boy. Until… Friday night when the bar tender(woman) was absolutely mean and showed she had zero customer service skills. Stood there with my wife, son, and his girlfriend for 15 minutes without one word said to us. Not even a I’ll be with y’all in a minute. I tried to move spots, thinking maybe I was in the wrong place. She then bulldozed right past me mumbling that was not a standing place. I then asked her where I could move to order drinks and she replied some smart comment about I guess where everyone else is. Well… I tried that one already and not even a glance. Cmon, you can do better!

The Gem of Grandin Court

11 out of 10. A roanoke treasure that is simultaneously kid friendly and a great bar! School house pizza, tots, and applesauce is the combo to my heart.

Cozy place for great drinks and tasty food. The staff are friendly and the whole place is laid back. Great for meeting up with friends or a quick bite before a movie at the Grandin Theater.

I just moved to the area and this restaurant is pretty close to my house. My husband and I went there to get a couple drinks and dinner and now we go all the time. The food is so good and the staff are super friendly and very responsive! They also have a pool table! Best restaurant in the village ❤️

I can see why this has been a staple in the community for so long. Just a classic, casual, and down to earth bar with affordable food and drinks. I had lunch here while working in the neighboring co-working space and thought everything was great and affordable. All the staff I dealt with was friendly and attentive. I will definitley come back when returning to Roanoke and highly recommend!
