My parents and I came to Roanoke for Thanksgiving vacation. We were out shopping and wanted a drink and a snack. So glad we stopped in here! We ended up going back again the next day. Marlee, the bartender, was the best! Super friendly and pleasant. She gave great recommendations and talked to us between serving other guests. My dad had the corned beef sandwhich, which was kind of fatty but authentic corned beef normally is. It had great flavor! Mom had the chili which we both really liked. The next day we went back to see Marlee again. Mom got the patty melt that she really enjoyed and my dad and I split the Tim's chicken. It was fantastic! I ended up talking to the host, Damon, and he was equally friendly and we enjoyed talking about music. All in all, I really enjoyed it and plan to go back next time we are in Roanoke. Thanks Marlee for making our trip special and memorable!

Growing up in the area, Corned Beef is a must. We'll call it dipping your toes into an adult/club atmosphere. Not fantastic, but not bad

I was there before, but this time for me personally it was disappointing. I had the wings, which later gave me a really bad heartburn, my wife had a burger, which was hard as the shoe sole. The beer is only in cans. $7 beer from a can. Is it ok? Not sure. Some of our colleagues had pizzas, which were pretty good

Speaking from an event standpoint- Mary Kathryn was awesome to work with! I had booked the rooftop for a small gathering and she was very informative and quick to respond to any questions that I had. The staff that worked the event were super friendly and did a great job serving our party. I hope to plan something here again!

First off Elijah and Linda are the greatest bartenders Roanoke could ever ask for. Excellent service and drinks. They used to have amazing fries but just changed them like a week ago and they're absolutely atrocious now. Get the tots and pizza. (Edit: they changed them back! Get the loaded fries)
Quick trip in town so wanted a local sandwich shop, ordered the signature corned beef, and I could understand the reputation this place must have for the sandwich. It was made to perfection, clearly by a chef striving to always make the perfect sandwich and put his or her flourish into every detail that could possibly come with such a seemingly simple creation. Indulgent yet hearty. Savory yet well-seasoned. Yes, the sandwich was the highlight of the experience.

I enjoyed the company of a friend. I thought I'd try something if never eaten before which was a house specialty. Although I new it wasn't good for me, it tasted good. I are all of it.
