On vacation for the first time in Roanoke. We googled places around where we are staying in downtown Roanoke and the cinnamon roll caught our eyes. We made sure to pop in first thing Saturday morning and got 2 biscuits and 2 cinnamon rolls. It reminds me of a diner all the locals at ate in the small town I grew up in. Bacon cooked perfectly. Best biscuit and gravy!!! I occasionally DoorDash and this morning I happened to run across this particular restaurant while dashing and so I decided to come back and give it a try and I was not disappointed. I had the biscuit and gravy with a scrambled egg and cheese, and it was so amazing. I loved it one of the best in the city hands-down! The staff is very nice<3
Okay stop the press! This was the BEST biscuit I have EVER eaten in my life (which says something because I’m a big back who eats a lot) I got the angry chick and added egg and cheese it was to die for! The chicken was fresh and just fried! My husband got the DGB and he said it was delicious! We split an apple turnover and now I wish I had gotten 2! I will for sure be back to support this hidden gem of a restaurant!
