Super cute place with an array of niche foods. Great food/coffee counter if you looking for a lunch spot. Plenty of room to sit. There’s even a once a month book club.

Quaint spot for a quick counter service lunch. Lots of Carilion employees there, which isn't surprising since it's in walking distance from the hospital. Good place for a quick getaway. Loved the interior decorations. The tomato soup was delicious.

If I could have the Turkey Sandwich from Crystal Springs every week of my life, I would die perfectly happy. Everything I’ve ever had from here has been chef’s kiss. Great ingredients and excellent attention to detail is what makes this place one of the best places to grab lunch in Roanoke — by far.

Crystal Spring Grocery recently catered our backyard wedding and it was one of the best choices we made! In the months leading up to the event, Devon and Matt were incredibly helpful and flexible--they accommodated our special menu requests without hesitation and made the whole process fun and easy. At the event, they created a beautiful spread of the best food that the guests are still raving about (including ham biscuits and deviled eggs for cocktail hour and shrimp and grits and smoked brisket for the main course). We've always loved CSG for meals and in-restaurant dining, and now we'd 100% recommend them for catering as well!

Indoor and outdoor seating. Generally find a local enjoying a beverage and a bite to eat. Lots of tasty made food to take on the run or order from their menu and find a seat. Super casual atmosphere. Next door to a fantastic butcher shop too!

My favorite place for lunch! Love the menu!

I had a super short lunch break so I ordered food online. Got a sandwich with fries. Usually there's no issues but today they forgot the fries, which wouldn't have been an issue if they hadn't stapled the back shut and I wasn't in such a time crunch. I assumed because of this they had everything and I wouldn't have to double check the bag. So when I got back to the office I called to ask for a refund since I didn't have time to go back and pick up the missing fries. Called someone at the store and they said they would be able to refund it but I haven't gotten anything back from them. I used to suggest this place to a lot of people but I don't think I can anymore

The cutest place. Super clean and organized. The food was absolutely to die for too. Best fries I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back to try more things! Also please add the fried chicken bao buns to the menu ?

Amazing fresh food, I've tried almost everything here and the flavors and freshness are amazing. My favorite thing is the cold soups they rotate each week. This place never disappoints. They also have nightingale ice cream sandwiches which are the best and hard to find.

I truly enjoyed meeting every one of your delightful staff and our lunch was amazing. I would recommend Crystal Spring Grocery Co as a "must visit". The turkey sandwich and the chicken sandwich were just a perfect match with the custom seasoning you use on your fries.I'll be back soon, and I know I'll be back when those crepe myrtles out front are in bloom.

Such a cute store. Has a nice wine selection. I didn't give 5 stars because products are overpriced, especially grab and go. For Crystal Springs residents, I'm sure it's very convenient. This store seems catered to the neighborhood.
