We ordered two blizzards for $12. When we got to the window and paid, we noticed they charged an extra $2 tip without even asking / telling us. They did this after giving us the final price, clearly trying to hide the extra charge. I complained and they took it off, but that was not right at all.

Ordered on doordash, never have had a bad experience from this location, but today seems to be different. I did not get any fries, got my tenders, bread, gravy, and BBQ. I also got my blizzard, but fries were missing. I've ordered here plenty of times with. o mistake, but it's a conscious decision to not put the persons side in the box.

Chicken strip basket was cold. Went inside for fresh food and employee argued with me. Got a refund. Store was dirty. Took pictures and will contact management tomorrow.

Went through drive thru. Ordered new ranch burger combo ($13)!!! Opened bag and it was a regular cheeseburger and fries!! Not happy with this service! Hire employees that can listen and read!!!!!

When I went in there behind the counter, there floors looked like they’ve never been sweeped before and like all the machinery and stuff was disgusting. Look like I’ve never been cleaned, and the lady handed a blizzard to a guy and licked her finger after she gave it and then went and gave other customers food

Ice cream was good. Thankfully it doesn't come with an ingredient list or I wouldn't have eaten it. 😉 That was all I had was ice cream.

I normally don’t complain, but I felt like management needs to step it up a bit. I ordered food for me & my son. I always come here and never complain, I did not like the burger I had. It just didn’t taste right. I normally don’t order burgers, but I wanted to try something different. I called and it was basically “what do you want me to do about it” attitude. I wasn’t asking for a refund I just wanted something different and he didn’t even offer that me to. I would’ve have went back up there and gave the burger back that I didn’t eat and got something else. I won’t be back 😊

This place is so nasty! I ordered two blizzards and while we were waiting we noticed how nasty the prep area was and that no one had gloves on and there was no way I could eat them after seeing that. They were very busy and I didn't want to cause a scene so I threw them directly in the trash and walked out. I called the manager later and explained the situation and ask for my money back and he refused. If you are going to eat there you should walk in and see how your food is being prepared. I will never be a customer there again. ( I had to give one star to post this, this place is not deserving of a single star.)

This DQ has good milkshakes and quick service. Order was made correctly. I utilized the drive thru lane. The rating is based on a few visits.
