When I went in, i had an amazing time getting in with my wheelchair, the worker, Yuri, was sweeter than sweet, I see him most days when i come for lunch or dinner, he definitely needs a huge promotion, he’s absolutely amazing.
The assistant manager was working the register and he was fantastic! He was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I'd had at a restaurant, and I urge others to give them a try. Everyone working was joking and happy and so friendly with the customers. These guys really go above and beyond and they make the whole experience memorable, warm, and fun. My daughter is 9 years old and had never been to a dairy Queen, and he was just so wonderful helping...

We always come from Amherst county Virginia to this one Because the one in Madison Heights Virginia sucks .. Madison Heights DQ keeps the food under the Heat Lamp for 5 hours at a time Dairy Queen Brandon Ave Roanoke has the Best Staff there always polite makes sure your food is Excellent! Great crew
