Service and Managers are HORRIBLE! You don't get half of your food, and they literally just put blizzard crumbs on top of blizzards when busy instead of mixing! The District needs to Come Back!! Cold old sitting food.

The crew here is kind and courteous in their treatment of customers and every time I see any of them they are smiling. They have a great thing going here!! There's absolutely no leadership in that store. I came in on Sunday at 7:00 I didn't leave until 7:21. It looks like nobody knows what they're supposed to be doing and the manager or the person that was in charge was there directing orders to his associates to not make DoorDash orders meanwhile the DoorDash guys were standing there looking confused. The customers were looking confused they have The tools to make a line and get some uniformity in there but it looks like they're not even being used. It was a horrible experience I can't believe that a food chain is run like that.

Ordered for pickup and the food was cold. The fish sandwich tasted funny and made my wife sick. The cheeseburger tasted like it was cooked three days ago. The blizzard was melted. Service was some of the worst I have ever had. Will not be back. It was a complete waste of money.

How do you run out of ice cream or stop serving ice cream when you are an ICE CREAM SHOP, literally the dumbest thing I’ve seen, they no longer do ice cream orders after like 9 pm, and it’s always a long ass wait no matter how many people are in line

The food and ice cream was DQ quality, but the staff was completely overwhelmed. Only one person seemed interested in getting orders out. The wait was WAY too long for two small malts. I got locked in while waiting because no one wanted to deal with the counter. Multiple people tried to get inside, but gave up and left.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while 6 employees worked to make ice cream. No one looked at me or acknowledged I was there, and once things slowed down they continued to ignore ignore me. Went through the drive through in about 5 minutes.

At 9:38 tonight I went thru the drive thru and was ignored at the speaker. I pulled up to the window and was told the kitchen was closed. I asked why I was ignored and he said his headset didn’t work, while girl behind him laughed. If you want to close at 9:30 make that your closing time, not 10pm.
