Came in 08/25/2025 and ordered 2 blizzards one small and one medium. People came in after us and got there's first. Then when we said something another customer said they got our order But the employees states they called our number which they didn’t and had an attitude when we said something. Poor customer service. This is a sure way to run customers off and worst part the employees don’t seem to care .

I went in to the store to get a Moolatte and they tell me the slush machine is not working, it has not been working for a month and a half at least, and one employee said they were getting a new machine a month ago. Either they still haven't got the new machine, which pathetic, or the new machine is breaking, which is even worse. This is what drives business to competitors like Sonic and Sheetz.

Management and parents haved failed these kids I went in yesterday, Afternoon to order two sundaes 1 Carmel and a hot fudge The time it took for the poor kid on the register after asking another kid five times, and how to ring it up. Had no idea how to add whip cream and nuts 10 minutes later, some ice cream that looked like they were sundaes One covered to go the other one. Not covered. We’re just put on the counter. I asked if these were mine. Cause I was confused. They didn’t have what I ordered. And looked disgusting at the point a young girl wearing gray sweat pants Asked me what I was waiting for. I told her Those were not mine. I told her that I want those redone I’d mine or give me a refund, she looked at the other employee, and said I just pissed her off. And she walked away to the back it was complete. Chaos ton of teenagers Completely confused on what They were doing No manager in sight. customer service, ??? a simple Hello, Thank You The, expressions on their faces. i’m not blaming the kids. I’m going to blame management for not coaching and training

Service and Managers are HORRIBLE! You don't get half of your food, and they literally just put blizzard crumbs on top of blizzards when busy instead of mixing! The District needs to Come Back!! Cold old sitting food.
