I had my order delivered. I live only a few miles away, but I was absolutely shocked that my order arrived in 21 minutes!!!! And, the pizza was perfect!!!! You can believe this will not be my last order!!!

Place is a mess. Have screwed up our past 2 orders. Irregularly cut pizza, not getting the orders correct, drivers who use Meadowlark like a race track. Has declined significantly in the past year.

I'm so fed up with this location. The pizza is never cut evenly. EVER. There are gigantic pieces and itty bitty slivers. How hard is it to cut even slices? I ordered delivery this evening to my job and the pizza wasn't even cut AT ALL. 😡 Luckily, I had a knife on hand seeing as how I was at work and not at home. Get rid of your entire crew, management included, and hire some competent people because this is pathetic.

This place is garbage and so is the food. Pasta always comes dry with no sauce and pizza taste like it's old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I tried to give this place several chances but each time is worse than before. Two thumbs down.

Merriman Rd location was slammed! Halloween. I expected it. That's why I put my order in early to be ready at 545p. While I stood in line for carry out they kept calling names of people that weren't even there!!! There needs to be a better system in place to turn off online ordering when they get that covered up. I dont understand why my order that was suppose to be ready at 545p now they tell me it will be 7p. Do better at staffing on holidays. Find a better system for online ordering and when to shut it off.

Ordered from this location last night. It'll be my first and last time. The pizza was just nasty. Ordered 2 pan pizzas that were half cooked. The dough was still wet and tasted of raw dough when we bit into it. I'll bet they cooked it the time they cook the thin sliced stuff but this is a thick pan pizza that needs cooked longer. It went into the trash! What a waste. I should have known it wouldn't be cooked when it was ready in literally 10 minutes.

I have ordered from this particular Dominos around 6-7 times (around 9pm-10pm) because it's the only one that will deliver to me. Quite honestly it's been pretty bad every single time. I've ordered so many times because 1. I'm lazy 2. I figured eventually someone would retrain whomever is cooking the pizzas, or hire new people. This location basically skimps on the ingredients. They put basically no seasonings on the crust. It tastes like the cardboard like Dominos crust from the early 2000s. There is barely any sauce. I have tried ordering with extra sauce to compensate and they put so much it overpowers the rest of the pizza. Also the pizza sometimes is a little over cooked. There's just no winning. I rarely write reviews. Usually if I get bad food I just accept it and move on because everyone has bad days and I don't wish to be one of those "Karen" like customers. That being said having a problem this many times is crazy, especially when the other Dominos in Roanoke are generally pretty good. I've never had any problems with the delivery drivers, so this is nothing personal to the staff. The pizza is just really bad and I'm writing this to warn others to not be lazy like me and drive to a different location.
