I picked up two pepperoni and two cheese pizzas for my grandson's birthday party. We accidentally ordered two cheese pizzas instead of four pepperonis. The cheese pizzas exceeded our expectations as did the pepperoni but the cheese pizza was exceptionally and surprisingly good tasting. The service was quick, friendly, and exceeded our expectations as well.

During our stay at Roanoke Hilton we ordered pizza from this location. Delivery service was quick. Pizza and garlic bites were excellent. Everything was fresh and hot! Appreciate the great experience.

Twice now I have ordered my food well in advance of getting to the store. Twice it has not even been in the oven after 20 minutes. I haven't been ordering at peak times (11:30 and 4:40 for these two visits), yet I am constantly kept waiting. This store is super hit or miss with service and it used to be my go to location any time I wanted to order pizza. Nowadays I think I'm going to look for another location or pizza shop. The only good thing is that the pizza here is probably the best of all the dominos I have tried locally.

This location regularly screws up your order. Then they tell you they will give you credit towards your next order. When you try to use that store credit, they claim that you have no store credit. Manager is always someone new, so they blame the previous manager.

They don't want to deliver in your area but you see them driving through then you try to place an order for pickup and they tell you the lobby closes at 9:45pm every night. I myself don't want pizza from this location because the people working there look dirty and the drives come in without washing their hands getting the pizzas out the oven, coming in after smoking not washing their hands. I'm wondering what happened to management and showing videos on cleanliness and this is not the only fast food restaurant that does this with these young workers that don't believe in washing their hands or the quality of food they are giving. I can see a lot of these major fast food places going under because of this.

I’ve never had an issue before with this location, but yesterday my order looked like it was just tossed on my porch. No notifications as to when it was delivered. Food was left open. When calling to speak with someone, I was placed on hold for about 40 minutes total.
