My order has been quality checked for about an hour after it came out of the oven. Called the store repeatedly and was on hold listening to their advert. Pizza hasn’t even made it to me and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I want to cancel my order and can’t. Also I’d like to add we’re in the er for my nephew who has a fractured pelvis and he’s possibly having surgery in the morning and if he’s going to eat it has to be before midnight. Pizza is all he wanted and I’m trying make that possible for him
Today is the second time I’ve ordered pizza from this location and it’s been OVER an HOUR since it was said “quality Check” in progress and still no pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PIZZA. when you call to ask what’s going on they just cancel it like they don’t care
If I could give it 0 I would this is the worst Dominoes I have ever experienced. I tried to call and was on the phone for over an hour so I decided to drive there while still on hold. Went inside and the girl was rude I saw when she took order out but I wasn't sure it was mine. So finally after leaving it sitting there for a few minutes she decided to give it to me. Even though she knew I already paid as soon as I came in mind I was still on hold. So I got my food needless to say it was burnt it was supposed to be delivery but I guess tracker wasn't working. Even after I got home the tracker said checking. Shut this Dominoes down!! It's giving a bad name. I took pictures to bad I can't post them
Didn't put my garlic sauces in my order then refuse to answer phone 2 young girls working and when someone answered they hung up w/o saying anything been on phone over 30 min i will drive an extra mile to get quality service

Order 4 pizzas last week.. they didnt put any sauce on.. so paid $100 for cheese bread, sent in the complaint.. ingot a free $8 medium pizza. This week order $100 of pizza again, 2hrs went by no delivery.. drove to the store and was told they had not delivery drivers for the night.. then I have on video, the other one working yelling at me they don't make the delivery orders until they have a driver.. well the other guy said you don't have any drivers tonight.. so never getting my food or told hey we have this going on, you'll need to come pick it up
I placed an order at 6:22pm with a 33 minute estimated delivery time. At 6:43pm, the tablets updated letting me know they were inspecting my pizza which is the last stage before delivery. By 7pm when no pizza had arrived and the tracker was still stuck at 6:43pm, I called Domino's store #8495. No one answered after a twenty minute hold. It is now 7:22pm. I then called another local Domino's and she explained that they're probably busy due to the current specials. No excuses. Then I read a recent review which said they waited an hour and a half for their delivery as well because the location only had one person making pizzas. I guess that explains why no one bothered to answer the call. Finally, the tracker updated at 7:29pm stating my driver is on the way. She arrived at 7:40pm. She didn't apologize for the wait nor did the store to make amends with anything free. After waiting that long, I would've at LEAST thrown in a soda in hopes to restore faith in shopping at that location again. Of course, I will never spend money at store #8495. And honestly, since each location is overwhelmed because of the ongoing, continual specials, I'll take my HARD EARNED MONEY to Pizza Hut or Papa John's with similar specials. In case you haven't noticed, you're not the only one with decent pizza at a decent price.
It took an hour and a half to be delivered. I don’t think they started making my order for 45 minutes. When I received my food, it was barely warm. Tonight was my last night ordering from this Dominos.
No one cares about the food, service or atmosphere at this place. Almost every time I get a order it is messed up.
Ordered from this Dominos pretty exclusively and never have we had service as bad as when some chick named Kira is working. It's like she doesn't pay any attention to the food she has to literally look at and touch to make. Twice in a row we have had our orders screwed up by her. Is it really that hard to read a computer screen or a piece of paper and follow the order? What if we had been allergic to the food we were given rather than what we ordered? We could sue them. Do better or stop hiring incompetent people who can't even do the basics like read and follow instructions. This location is getting pathetic.

Waited over an hour for one pizza on a Monday evening. Only one employee making the pizzas, the other cutting/putting them into boxes. Not sure how many were out delivering but for management to leave simply two employees who both look underage by themselves to handle an excessive amount of orders is beyond ridiculous.
Staff prioritizes answering the phone over people waiting to order. Stood there for fifteen minutes at the counter while they avoided eye contact. Someone finally ambled over to the counter because the phone rang and then took an order in front of me while I waited some more. I finally left after a wasted 22 minutes. Don't bother unless you are ordering ahead.
Always what I ordered
Pizza was completely wrong - ordered the Brooklyn style crust, it was the regular crust .. ordered mushrooms on the whole pizza, only came on one half .. ordered extra cheese, was hard-pressed to find any cheese.
Pherba provided exceptional service by risking his well being and safety to deliver our amazing pizza and ensure we had a successful and happy evening. I highly recommend and if you see Pherba delivering be prepared for a treat of great service and whimsical delivery experience. Great job PHERBA
