We've ordered from this place a few times now and everytime it has either been late or messed up. My husband and I love dominoes and get it everywhere we travel but this place is the worst one. We also tried to make an order tonight to take advantage of the 50% off online orders. The app keeps saying it can't take the order and call the store. I'm on an almost hour call and still on hold. Then when I finally get to a person they say there is nothing they can do!? Never ordering from this one again.

We got snubbed by papa John’s on a Friday night. They would not let us cancel our order over 3 hours later so we ordered dominos, Krista who’s a manger at this dominos delivered us the pizza herself even though they were slammed and short staffed 11 out of 10 service!

Wanted to order from a live person rather than online because I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask about before ordering, and they have only 1 person handling ALL orders.
So this one employee had to handle all of the online orders AND walk-ins, and made 4 or 5 different orders and still didn't take my order... so I left.
If you're ordering online, its fine, I guess, but if you go in person, you may not get the customer attention you expect, and may wait a long time.

This is specifically regarding the Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke store. The pizza is hit or miss, sometimes we order and it's fine, sometimes we order and it is absolutely horrible as if a blind person made it. I don't recommend this store
