Worst Dominos had ever seen! So, I was super hungry and had an order from here today and it had been an hour and I haven’t received my order. I called up the store and there’s a lady who’s soo much rude while she speaks and said to me that they are short with staff and might take more time. I patiently waited for 30 more mins only to recieve a message saying my order is cancelled. I was fedup and called the store again and the same lady lifted the call and took hours to respond for my each question. She speaks for a bit and keeps on hold.Worst experience and worst place to order food!!

Dont order from this dominos. I tried once again to have them deliver for a whole office. I preordered so they had ample time for 11:45. 12:40 comes and goes. No call, nothing. Never again from this Dominos. Daleville Dominos is usually 10 minutes early on a preorder.

Genuinely the worst experiences the last 2 orders so I gave it a final shot and was even more annoyed and disappointed. First time they sent the wrong food but made it right so I couldn’t complain. The second time they sent my families dinner on an HOUR LONG ROADTRIP AROUND ROANOKE! I live 7 minutes from this location so watching the tracker and seeing my food getting cold for an hour before delivery was super frustrating, after some friction with an employee they remade and resent the order AND I STILL TIPPED AGAIN! However this was the last time I can give them my business. Ordered a simple 3 for 5.99 nothing special and of course upon delivery the boxes were crushed and the food was wrong. I called the store and asked just to send the correct pizza and they agreed and per the usual I also offered to tip the driver again. I didn’t want the credit from dominos just wanted to eat dinner after just getting home from a 10 hour road trip, OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER they finally showed up with a COMPLETELY COLD AND SLOPPED IN A BOX mess of a pizza, honestly just terrible service quality and customer service. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to be real mad. Better off trying papa John’s or one of the local spots

Girls wearing their hair down the side of her face hair touching the dough … The other pizza maker - put his bare hands into the pepperoni container then in the sausage container then chicken container all without washing his hands cross contamination beyond imagination.. employees on their phones they don’t care this location is awful if you think oh I want Dominos I’m at a hotel stay far away from this location I have photos and videos to validate these statements - sent over to district already .. awful awful ?

We ordered food at 8:37 and finally got it at 9:26. They messed up our order so we got 1/2 of it about 9 and the rest at 9:26. Trying to talk over the loud music was difficult but I don’t think the employees cared.

The Peter's creek dominos is easily the worst one in roanoke . Waited an hour for ONE medium pizza and pasta , after the hour wait I got my pizza but they forgot to cook my pasta , so waited another 15 minutes for my pasta . Although you ordered online to "beat the line" as the website claims , if you have to pay cash at the store only THIS location WAITS until you pay for your order to make your order , I have never had this problem at any other location and when you confront the staff to ask them why the simply turn and ignore you and pretend to be doing something. Awful customer service , rude & dirty looking employees making your food . I will not return to this location again, it's giving domino's a bad rep .

They missed my sandwich(i understand mistakes happen)was offer a free 2 litter(which I didn't take or drink) then when sandwich was done watched it get set on pizzas and fell to floor(sat there for a good 30 sec) before it was placed back, then had to wait for the line to be served to finally get my order. It was good as always, but Domino's in general is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Last week the other close Domino's gave my pizzas to someone else and had to remake the whole order(was told my card would be credited but that never happened).As I grow older I realize the one thing we can't get back is time, Thanks for wasting mine, in line and the time it took the type this review(I will copy and paste for a cross post on a real review site).

Closes early too much. Placed an order and received a call saying they don’t deliver in my area when they do. We get deliveries all the time. Called back and was told they actually closed early at 9:45pm so I’m guessing that is actually why they couldn’t deliver my order. Not pleased with this location
