The donut and sandwich were good, the hot chocolate was the worse hot chocolate I ever had. I had to go back and tell them to add more powder. It was so watery.

I’ve had hit or miss experiences at this Dunkin in the past, but it’s always been my favorite location in the area, despite the misses. The current AM staff is great - very friendly! I was especially happy when I went through the drive thru this morning and was able to add a Halloween bucket to my order (they ran out last year before I was able to get one).

Ordered a large coffee, they filled the cup up with a medium size amount of coffee. The cup was only 2/3 filled. Very disappointing

They have to do a little better than this.I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and jelly. What I received was untoasted bagel no butter, no jelly. French vanilla coffee that had no flavor. Not the first time had no choice but to eat a hard, no flavored bagel and coffee on the way to work.

Every time I have come here recently, there are problems. Day? Afternoon? Sucks.
I ordered a hot sandwich this morning. The English muffin wasn’t even toasted. It’s mealy. The cheese? Not at all melted. The egg? Lukewarm. Bacon? Lukewarm and greasy, falling all over the place.
And the bathrooms require a key.

Any other Dunkin is better.

Haven't been in years. Went twice in the past month. Drive-thru no wait was no surprising. $6 meal was great & in my price range for treating myself. It included med. Flavored coffee, hot or cold which on its own would have been $5 on its own. They helped me decide how to order based on how people normally order. I wasn't sure about the sugar in flavored coffee so they sent me home went liquid sugar so I could decide how I liked it. I appreciated that.
The 2nd visit was dine in & the same coffee was made different. I was crunching hard sugar & they remade my coffee no questions asked & no attitude. If I am spending money eating out these days I want to like it. Only downside was it was freezing in there but I am always cold.

Inside looks like an abandoned mini mall. Gross. And the staff is too lazy to make drinks correctly. I have observed them on multiple occasions, out of sheer laziness, ignore milk and syrup modifications and just make whatever is easiest for them. I can not recommend avoiding this store enough. Worst one in Roanoke. STAY AWAY!

The girl behind the desk was nice but very slow and got the coffee order wrong, made two refreshers that taste terrible with no flavor. The 2 croissants were burnt. We waited 20 minutes to blow 30 dollars. Not impressed.

Literally waited 10 minutes to place my order .. that should have been my cue to leave. Then waited 20 minutes for a coffee. The way their drive through is set up, I was trapped and couldn’t get out. Then the coffee was terrible… Avoid and go somewhere else
