Extremely slow line, awful bagel, they didn’t toast it, and applied almost no cream cheese.

Its a Dunkin'. They haven't screwed up my order yet, so they get 5 stars. Easy drive through, and quick service.

We feel bad because they were nice... But the service wasn't that great! They weren't like Starbucks where people were wrapped around waiting in the drive thru for service. We were the only car in the drive thru lane. Very simple order. What we didn't understand was one person started taking our order. Then another voice started taking the rest of the order. They even repeated our order. So, how can you still get that wrong?

I couldn't bring myself to say one of our coffee orders was wrong. We said we wanted hot coffee. But one was iced coffee and decaf and we didn't ask for that. We just kept it. The wake-up wraps were heated for too long and they weren't soft but a little stiff and the sweet treat (donut) it didn't have much glaze on it (little dry). The visit was disappointing. We said we wanted a sugar substitute, they gave us sugar. We said cream/sugar substitute on the side. Another coffee order had the cream added in. Everything we asked for we seemed to get the opposite of what we said. We couldn't get a latte bc the machine wasn't working or some other reason we were told.

Staff was nice and friendly. They need to have a team meeting, regroup, and do better!

They are such a convenient location but extremely slow. Always. You will be waiting for 5-10 minutes whether you’re 1st in line or last in line. Not sure if it is the quantity or quality of workers. Staff are almost always polite. Coffee almost always tastes terrible.

Food is not good whenever I've tried it. Donuts and coffee are very good.

This place is the model of inconsistency. I never get the same drink twice despite ordering the same thing every single day and it's never for the better.

Forgot how to make cold brew sometime over the past month. Now it tastes like water that once walked past a coffee bean on the street.

Oh, and the occasional 20 minute drive-thru wait despite there being 3 cars in front of you is incredible.

Not particularly a good stop in for Seniors. I love their coffee and the doughnuts are no less than most chains and the service is a hit and miss but so many places are these days. To my point, historically many seniors have dependended on coffee/doughnut stops for clean and quick (the operative being quick) for stop in relief because businesses that desire senior patronage know not many of us can no longer wait for doors to be unlocked when we must go. So this review is not a knock on the product just an alert to seniors like me to learn your better options ahead.

Visited 3 times over the weekend while visiting friends. 1st experience was good. 2nd visit I was told I couldn't have my drink made with almond milk due to allergy concerns. Which i understand, but is confusing since I had had it made that way the day before. The drink I ordered was made incorrectly but we were on our way out of the city so I couldn't go back. This morning, our 3rd stop in, was not good at all. Ordered snackin bacon , got it burnt and all in a clump, stuck together only to crumble. The bagel minis I ordered were cold and almost stale, although I think the improper temperature contributed.

I always love this location and the people! But the past couple weeks the coffee has been VERY weak and watery.. definitely need to brew some stronger coffee!

This Dunkin’ is right on the money! After living in Jersey for years where Dunkin’ Saturates the market, I have a pretty big opinion on how Dunkin’ Coffee is supposed to taste. My husband got and iced coffee with cream and sugar and I got a hot coffee w/ cream and sugar. Perfect taste. There is just something I can’t explain about how good a coffee is from Dunkin ‘ when it is made correctly. We also had a few Donuts and a few munchkins and all were fresh and delicious even at 6:30 pm when you can never find a fresh donut anywhere!

They won't answer the phone. Online says they're open. Ordered online, wouldn't let me cancel so I had to go knock on the door. Guy with purple hair was extremely rude to us. Told us they're not open. Tried to rush us off by giving us someone else's order. Refused to give us what we ordered and insisted we take what he felt like making. He acted so rude like we did something wrong. The first time I knocked he tried to ignore me until the other guy made him help us. We aren't coming here anymore, so rude and unprofessional.
