This Dunkin’ is right on the money! After living in Jersey for years where Dunkin’ Saturates the market, I have a pretty big opinion on how Dunkin’ Coffee is supposed to taste. My husband got and iced coffee with cream and sugar and I got a hot coffee w/ cream and sugar. Perfect taste. There is just something I can’t explain about how good a coffee is from Dunkin ‘ when it is made correctly. We also had a few Donuts and a few munchkins and all were fresh and delicious even at 6:30 pm when you can never find a fresh donut anywhere!

They won't answer the phone. Online says they're open. Ordered online, wouldn't let me cancel so I had to go knock on the door. Guy with purple hair was extremely rude to us. Told us they're not open. Tried to rush us off by giving us someone else's order. Refused to give us what we ordered and insisted we take what he felt like making. He acted so rude like we did something wrong. The first time I knocked he tried to ignore me until the other guy made him help us. We aren't coming here anymore, so rude and unprofessional.

The angry person on the drive thru mic was having a rough day and took it out on customers. Horrible service. All I got was, “wha you like!” Wha you like!?!” Over and over again. No time to think. Just order and pay them for trash service. How hard is it to say, “Hello. Welcome to Dunkin. What can get for you?” Nope. Not here. Stay away if you don’t wanna be rushed and yelled at for something you didn’t do!

I placed a mobile order and got there about five minutes later and ended up having to wait over 20 minutes for a medium iced coffee and two wake up wraps whenever I looked in the bag, the food was completely wrong. Usually this location is really good but today they really dropped the ball

Almost every time I visit this location the employees have a terrible attitude. I always do drive thru, and I’m fine with waiting if they’re busy. But each time I go to order, the voice on the other end sounds SO irritated that they have to take an order. People rarely smile at you when you get the food, and my order is near burnt each time. Even the coffee tastes burnt. I continue to frequent this location because it’s close to my house, and on few occasions, I actually do have a good experience. I understand that bad days happen, but when you’re in the service industry, you’ve got to learn to mask better. I couldn’t imagine treating people at my place of business the way these coffee and fast food places do.

My sincerest and deepest apologies for going into Duncan's and placing an order while homeless. Not sure what the stops problem is when every time I come in there there's always a long wait for just one sandwich.
Customer service is awful. There are maybe 2 employees that are nice but other than that the other employees are RUDE. If you don’t want to be nice then find a different job.

Very nice staff and always fast. The only problem is they never ever fill up the drink, not even to the line the cup is supposed to be filled to. Theirs always 1-2inches of extra space, but other than that it’s a nice dunkin.

I thought the donuts were amazing ! But the ham an cheese croissant was so not what I thought. It's really not a croissant. It's more like a hot pocket. It comes pre-made an they put it in microwave. An its very small. The sausage egg an cheese english muffin was ok not great just ok.
