Decided to go to Dunkin this morning because I had over 2000 points. I wanted to redeem waited to get up to the window to click redeem for my two ice lattes. Ask the cashier what she needed to scan to redeem and she said she didn’t know she had nothing to do with the Dunkin app. I said do you mind helping me and she goes no I don’t have time for that and I said well, I really would like to use my points for these two drinks. I wasn’t planning on paying for them because I had points. She said well I have a line full of people and I And it’s your problem not mine. I said well if I can figure it out can I come back in? She said yes, but you can’t sit in the drive-through. So I go ahead and pay her and pull over and figure out where for her to scan and go back in as soon as I walk in she says she doesn’t have time for this and then I already paid for it and it is That I can use the rewards next time I said well you told me that if I found it, you could help me and I found it and she proceeds to tell me that I am telling her she doesn’t know how to do her job and she did her job and I said no that’s not at all. I just want to redeem for my two lattes she said well we don’t do Do refunds and I said well what if the coffee that I ordered were wrong She said well now you’re just trying to get money back that’s a different story and I said well no actually one of the lattes didn’t have blueberry syrup Me a cup of blueberry syrup through the drive-through to correct the drink and I said, and it doesn’t taste like it normally does because it wasn’t made right Refund no we don’t give refund and she stormed off went in the back, called someone and started screaming and talking terrible about me and then comes out and says if you want to refund, I’ll have to submit a form and And send it off and it will be several days before you know it And I said that’s fine. She then slams her hands down on the counter and goes. Oh, I just don’t have time for this. You were wasting my time and I proceeded to tell her she had wasted my time enough Was fine filling the form out for my refund. She goes back to wherever she was before again and is on the phone again and then comes After she gets off the phone and slams down a piece of paper and says we don’t have forms just write down your name and your number and if I have time I will submit your claim and you’ll get a phone call Approved for a refund and I asked her name. Her name is Ashley. She says she runs the Dunkin on Orange Avenue 460. I told her I wasn’t trying to be difficult Her, but I did what she asked, and she was not willing to help and was erratic in the process I told her I hope she has a better day and she proceeded to tell me that her day was fine until I walked in, so I walked out probably the worst customer service ever and absolute trash of a person I’ve ever dealt with I won’t be back

No workers for this location, might as well shut it down. Have to wait 40 minutes for coffee.

Went inside to order and stood ignored for five minutes. The man who was in line before me left altogether. At least two employees made direct eye contact with me while I was waiting and then ignored me without even saying “we’ll be with you in a moment”.
When they finally deigned to take my order, they did not have the donuts I wanted, including a basic powdered donut. Bad service and bad selection!

Lady in the morning is extremely rude. Couldn't hear me on the speaker than stares me down through the window, and went on doing the dishes. I drove off, and wont be back.

The early morning staff is so friendly! The coffee is AWESOME, everyone needs to try the breakfast bagel 🥯 They are AWESOME!!

I had ordered an everything bagel with no egg and no cheese just bacon, a pumpkin doughnut and an ice coffee with the coffee milk, I got a bagel with everything on it, no doughnut and the wrong coffee, I called and the said I could come back and get the right order, when I came back nobody seemed to know what was going on and the lady making the coffee had an attitude problem. And still got the wrong bagel…
What an absolute joke the workers in the morning look at you when there is no one else in line and walk away to have some off the wall conversation about a raccoons. Do your job and pay attention to customers…..

NEVER go to DD bc quality has plummeted over the years. But, I wanted to take munchkins to work today for a friend’s last day so I stopped on my way to work this morning. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Ordered 100 munchkins and it was 31.00!!!!! I requested assorted, and when I got to work, there were 3 kinds-glazed, blueberry, and chocolate. No powdered, no cake, and no cinnamon. And they are terrible. They taste nothing like they did when I was a kid. I am guessing frozen and/or cheap ingredients???? Very disappointed!!!!!!

I have came here multiple times and ordered avocado toast with bacon. Most of the time I get it with no bacon on it and today I received both pieces not toast nor did they have any bacon on them. Knowing this I guess I will be checking my order before I pull away from now on at this location. I have never had this issue anywhere else but since it happens almost every time I come to this location. As well when I pulled up to the window no one acknowledged I was there, I could hear them laughing so I know they were close, and at one point looked inside and someone was just staring at me while holding her cell phone.

Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Dunkin. The employees didn't even acknowledge me. They saw me and laughed as if there was a joke I wasn't in on. As I went through the drive-thru I sat there for about 15 minutes not realizing the location was closed at 4:30PM it didn't have any sign on the drive-thru saying that they were closed or any visible hours of operation l. The employees were sitting in the back smoking cigarettes didn't wave me away didn't educate me that the drive-thru was closed there was an individual vehicle sitting in front in the drive through blocking the path to exit near the back door talking in conversating with the staff out back smoking. As a business owner and operator myself, this is extremely discouraging. #America runs FROM Dunkin. Do better, please.
