My cashier, Brianna, was super polite. She didn't mind helping us determine if food allergies were in any of the order, she was polite, well spoken, and professional. Our food and drinks came to us just as we ordered and quicker than i expected. Perfect job! Definitely want to come back!

I placed an order online through the app, but when my husband arrived at the store, he was informed that there was no record of my order. To support our claim, I sent him a picture of the order confirmation, yet the staff maintained that they had never received it. Consequently, my husband proceeded to purchase the items again, and we have not received a refund for the initial order.
Additionally, I have encountered difficulties contacting the store, as the phone number appears to be disconnected. I have reached out via email, but have not received a satisfactory response. Attempts to call the customer service number listed in the app also yielded no assistance, despite it being during business hours.
I have experienced several issues at this location, and I have attached a screenshot of the order confirmation for your reference. I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this matter. Thank you. I wish I could give a negative 5 stars!!

I have been there three times and every time they screw up my order. I ask for a French vanilla cappuccino and I get some frozen thing with just straight coffee in it. I’ll never go back there. The morning crew has no idea what they are doing

Very disappointing. I sat at the drive thru for a while with no answer. I drove around the building to see a lady in a Dunkin shirt halfway out of her car using drugs. Will not be returning - the new management is awful - I used to go when the store manager was Angel and never had an issue. Will start going to the one on Franklin. Very disappointed, higher ups need to look into this.
Could not be slower. I waited 15 min in the drive thru and finally just left because there was just one car in front of me. Guess I’ll be hungry the rest of the day because now I don’t have time to go anywhere else. Second time this has happened at this location. I thought I’d give them a second chance which won’t happen again.

Had the misfortune of using this drive through. Iced coffee and a plain crueller. Child service girl couldn't speak ...mumbling. Twice repeat. End up with a great iced coffee, some vile donut they called a crueller, no straw, no napkin. Tough time giving me my change. Probably making 20 bucks an hour. Loved Dunkin in NH. No need to bother here. Incompetent staff. Disgusting fake crueller. 6 bucks!
