I didn’t have a great experience with Eddie’s over the weekend. I ordered a wedding cake, several cupcakes and cake pops. The 2 tier wedding cake separated before I arrived home. The icing on the cupcakes slid off and the cake pops sticks were too thick even thou I took my cake pop holder to him when I placed my order. We had an amazing experience with Eddie's Cakes. Eddie and our daughter worked together to design a beautifully elegant wedding cake for her wedding day. Eddie had great suggestions for flavor pairings and worked with her to bring her vision to life. Absolutely stunning artwork and detail. Eddie was professional and met and exceeded expectations. We are so thankful we were able to work with him and highly recommend him.
