I didn’t have a great experience with Eddie’s over the weekend. I ordered a wedding cake, several cupcakes and cake pops. The 2 tier wedding cake separated before I arrived home. The icing on the cupcakes slid off and the cake pops sticks were too thick even thou I took my cake pop holder to him when I placed my order. We were unable to get one pic of the wedding cake and had to serve as a smash cake in bowls. The cupcakes tasted fine but look terrible. I couldn’t use my cake pop holder. I described my issues to the owner and he didn’t have much to say other than how carefully did I drive home and the distance. I felt he was blaming me for the issues. Overall the bakery items were too soft and nothing held together. My drive is about 15 min in an air conditioned car. I was hoping for some type of compensation was this was never offered. I will not use again and do not recommend.

Eddie did an amazing job on our wedding cake, and artistically brought our ideas to life. We loved having a uniquely beautiful cake that perfectly expressed some of our favorite things. It was also tasty. I highly recommend Eddies Cakes!

Cake for our moms 90th Bday. Beautiful cake but not easy to cut. Something was missing to hold it together. Did not cut good but was delicious.
Ed did a great job, even with as short of a notice as I was able to give. Cake turned out BEAUTIFUL and extremely TASTY! Looking forward to doing business again with him in the future!
