I was told about this place while I was dining elsewhere and I gotta say it didn't let me down.A sign of any good Mexican restaurant is when they have lengua tacos and these were so good!The tortilla seems to be fresh, made in- house and the meat was so tender and flavorful.I don't usually make it this far down Peter's creek to get to this place but I'll definitely be sure to return again because I want to try the Diablo tacos next.Parking: This place is attached to the Exxon gas station so parking depends on how many people are at the gas station as well.

This was the first time being in this restaurant...the food was really good! It didnt take long to get the food either! Handicap parking is very inconvenient though...that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars!Wheelchair accessibility: Inconvenient

We got an order from this restaurant on door dash last night, I have to say, I won’t go to no other Mexican restaurant. The food was absolutely the best we have ever had!
Every meal I’ve had from el costeno has been delicious. Looking forward to eating there again!

We went for a pretty late lunch around 3:00. We're the only ones there but based on reviews I was hopeful for an outstanding lunch. And oh my, was it ever! We had the freshest guacamole, taco salad, was good #9 on the menu with chicken and chorizo. It was all fantastic!! Unfortunately my husband and I were so hungry, we dug into the meals before I could get a picture! Oh and the margaritas were great as well!
