You will not find a casual restaurant specializing in Mexican food any better in the Roanoke Valley than Los Arcos. The decor is beautiful and the servers are so polite and treat you like you are the only one in the restaurant. Their food is absolutely delicious and their margaritas are TOPS compared to anyplace else. Try this place and I'm sure you will agree with me.

My wife's order had to be sent back. It was way too salty. I tried it myself. It really was. They took her food back but told us all the food was seasoned the same so no matter what she ordered it would take like that. My food was not salty at all. We shared my plate and left. They offered nothing in return.
Order for pick up and who ever was on the phone taking my order was very rude, I always order from here when I want Mexican and never have a problem. Customer service gone down this wasn’t the first time

I ask for setting for ten people. The girl up front with the two pony tails in her hair had a nasty, nasty attitude. I had a group of people meeting me at this restaurant. If it wasn't for that I would have left and never went back. I was the on July 26, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
